I must say that being new to my location & only living in Beverly for about 1 year and few months, this is my main go to take out for pizza and cheesy breadsticks and that’s because every other Take out joint that I’ve tried has disappointing me and at least I know what I’m getting with Domino’s, and PLS let me add their in-store coupons and national coupons save me between eight to $10 every order so it’s pretty good and very reasonably priced especially with the coupons that are always available. They even give you three dollars for your next order just for picking it up as a “delivery tip” which is fantastic! this dominoes is pretty much for the most part always on point and with their food being hot ready and done promptly whether I pick it up or it’s delivered I don’t have issues so I can’t complain about their service as well, even when they were shortstaffed and super super busy they still managed to get my order in and cooked to perfection and delivered to my home ASAP. For the most part everybody’s been nice but I haven’t really had much encounters with the actual staff due to her and everything being contactless so with that being said, “Domino’s you guys are my pizza heroes” Thanks!! ?
This location is pretty good, when there good, there good when there not, they definitely are not good. I usually call at night last minute, they will either hand it to you or put it on the ground. Last time they left the pizza on the ground at the front door but didnt call or knock, luckily i saw the car outside because we would have just thought we missed them. I order threw them at least 2 times a week and will continue to do so, so I'm going to add an update to my review. :Update: I don't recommend this location if you have something to do and plan on hitting Domino's late, too many times they have closed outside of regular business hours. And it would be polite of them not to accept the order so that you don't waste a one-time coupon, maybe make the app so it can't accept the order.
Dominos said they were part of supporting Beverly baseball. They have 4 coupons buy one pizza get one free. When we arrived the refused to honor the coupon. Saying Beverly discontinued when the coupons cost us 20 to support baseball and it's only for Beverly. Shame on you. You get the free advertisement from Beverly baseball the screw the customer when they get there.The total came to 27 for 2 medium pizzas.Meanwhile they offer a deal for the same pizza online for 5.99 each. I did talk to the manager and she offered me a refund or credit. She was very nice. I still don't understand while my daughter was there they countnt give her the one pizza free
I have consistently had horrible service here. The store is not easy to communicate with when I have issues and it will take two or three hours for my order to arrive.
Horrible first time experience and customer service at this location is less than one star. I ordered over the phone because the online system wasn’t working, I called and the employee putting everything in told me I’m good to go but didn’t tell me how much my card was being charged for 1 pizza & dessert. Big mistake for $40 for 1 person led me to receiving my order and two items we’re missing including the half done “apple dip” that I never tried- no cinnamon sticks or soda, I was excited to try for the first time. Wow it was a mess. I called the store back to get everything fixed for me and all they could offer me was a re-delivery on my missing items but no refund. There is no policy at all on the website that says no refunds. That’s all I wanted was the refund for the items I did not receive, I didn’t want someone else’s hands put back on it and brought back out. Bad customer service and it’s just sad, at this point of our lives we just need to stay home and make our own food all the time.
I hope the staff is getting paid livable wages here, because they do the best with what they’ve got.. which isn’t much. It took them a long time to make my order today at no fault of their own. They didn’t have enough ingredients to meet the demand tonight and they were waiting on a shipment but the two people working were working to get deliveries and carry-outs ready quickly. Thank you
Delivery was Perfect, On time & Friendly! But the Philly Cheese Steak.. Don’t order it!! HARDLY any steak , which was burned, and very little cheese. I just HAD to write how bad it is! And as always, Pizza is good!

One of the most unprofessional places that I’ve ever ordered from. Not only have one of their drivers have walked inside my home with no permission, but at least half of the time they call me to ask if they can cancel because “they’re busy” or they just cancel it entirely. Their pizza is a hit or miss and so is their pasta. It just seems like this place is run by lazy teenagers rather than an actual work crew.
Dominos is gross. Extra star for nice people.
