This location sucks. It’s unreliable. The store is either open until 3-4pm because there is not enough staff or they run out of items. Today, they ran out of most of the meats that Chipotle offers which is very ridiculous. They also are very slow when they are making your order. A bunch of people working in the back and only one person helping make the orders. Some of them are standing around not even doing anything. This location sucks and you are better off going somewhere else.!
First Time rating a place and this is well deserved. Waited for my orders which were ordered an hour prior, and after waiting I asked for an update politely, I’m which I was told they’ll check on it. After being told that I see the employee go back to the line and just not do a single thing after I asked about my hour late order, so I left and I’m never going back, and I highly recommend everyone to steer away from this location, not worth your money or time

Had made a Uber eats order and they messed up the whole order. My steak bowl was Shredded pork. I asked for no beans or rice, the whole bowl was beans and rice and they added a unholy amount of sour Cream. I even had Queso in my bowl and I didn’t even ask for that. How do you get a whole bowl wrong? Chipotle, why have you become the Spirit airlines of fast food. You use to rock around Whole Foods and Trader Joe’s. How have you fallen from grace.
I normally don’t post reviews, but my experience was so poor I feel obligated to warn others. I ordered through DoorDash with my family, and not only were the portions minuscule (burrito bowls filled up only halfway), but our orders were also wrong. I wouldn’t mind the incorrectness if it was due to supply shortages, but on top of it all, the rice wasn’t even remotely cooked. It was crunchy. I feel insulted that I was expected to eat that. Horrible quality, disgusting, please don’t order from here. On another occasion my food ordered through their website was over an hour late. Steer clear.
I never write google reviews, but this Chipotle is rough. They are always a mess, it's completely hectic in there, and my order is always wrong if I order through the app. It's just worth staying away at this point. It's unfortunate and I hope they are able to get better organized, but if you're going to spend your hard earned money, it's not worth spending it here.
Waited in line with no one in front of us for almost 10 mins to be completely ignored by atleast 7-8 employees that kept looking over at us, while waiting i watched a cook slam a takeout bowl that he just finished making o the counter and the slammed a bag of tortilla chips on the counter for that persons takeout order. So then we just left ive never been so disgusted with such horrible service i will not return to this chipotle again.
This chipotle is downright horrible. It’s a 20 minute drive from my house and every time I come there’s a 50/50 chance they’ll be open and they don’t post their true hours anywhere. I understand the staffing shortage but if you’re not going to open you have to put it somewhere so people don’t waste their time driving there.
Part of Chipotle issue is pay every two weeks low pay. They do not use commercial dishwasher not allow any wears to properly air dry. They sit people in front of a computer. There is no offsite training kitchen the cleanliness and manners of the staff do not exist. Now that student loans have to start paying and federal enemoyments benefits expire people will start working. They do not disclose the work is hard and dirty. Not to mention chips are not sealed and your food is packed and prepped on dirty surfaces. . It's time from mobile only locations. Long lines are nothing new. But online people keep reordering and canceling. Combined into low tipping uber and door dash orders. Almost sad to say they need to expand deliver time and only make when dormers arrive. . The way they cut food sharpen knives .where they prepare food and cleaning practiced are bad.
Every single time I go to this chipotle I wait at least an hour for my order. This time I waited so long I had to leave without my food and without a refund. The employees/managers do not care. They’re all standing around not making orders. One one employee went on break and sat there eating chips, licking their fingers, and watching YouTube videos on full volume, with a restaurant full of 35 people all waiting upwards of an hour for their order. Extremely disappointed, this is my experience at this chipotle every time. Ended up going home and doordashing Quodoba.
