My kids finished their food before my small pizza was even cooked. Arrived at 7:15 left just before closing. The one staff was nice at least seemed like she was constantly waiting on the cooks to push out food. Please be sure to share my feedback with the local management lol.

The food was terrible but the service was good, I kinda figured their was a red flag on the field when me and my boy were the only ones there, but we still tried it and it was terrible. The calamari was old and sticky, the chicken parm had no flavor and the dough on the pizza was so soft, it tasted worse then little Caesar's worst pizza..

I feel bad for knocking the service because there was only one server working. The food is another story. My baked rigatoni was a culinary miracle - the mozzarella on top was burned and the pasta and meatballs underneath were ice cold. I don't mean just not hot, but a step above frozen. I had to take it home and properly heat it. Then my friend's 7 yr old wanted the cookie sundae, and what was brought out was a chocolate chip cookie on a plate. I used to like Bertucci's but this will be my last visit to any location. There are just too many other places to choose from where it's not this bad.

Andrew was nothing short of amazing. Super friendly and helpful. My kids and I were very satisfied with our dishes too. We had a farmhouse salad, chicken piccata and kids spaghetti and meatball. We’re full and happy! Service was great!

We were a party of 5 and seated in the round booth on the bar side, which was wonderful, but the downside was that the waitress was hardly ever over on our side. It took a while for service. The waitress was nice, but she didn't come check in on us as much as she should have (maybe they were understaffed). The food is always delicious! The salad was served with no salad dressing, which was weird, but they did give us more rolls-yummy (not enough oil though). The lemonade alcoholic drink was fantastic and would have probably ordered another, but we were headed off to see a show at NSMT and it was taking too long for service. We were able to use a coupon for signing up for the rewards and that helped with the price of the bill. It was an okay visit. Of course, we will go again but we hope service will be quicker.

Reservations but didn’t need them and seemed to not matter as our name just added to wait list. Obviously understaffed as are most places these days. We we party of 4 with 2 meals brought out with the other 2 15 minutes later. Our waiter was literally running all over the restaurant so not his fault. I suppose they were trying but slow service and lots of people waiting for takeout. They just couldn’t handle it.

After waiting 40 minutes past my expected time. We asked for an anticipated time the response was "this gentleman has been waiting for 2 hours and isn't complaining". Sorry for that gentlemen. There was also an issue with their website as our order went through twice which we did not realize until they brought out double our exact order. We did not realize we had been charged double until this time and they said there's nothing can do about it, they just prepare the tickets. I get that people are busy and short staffed but a little customer service would go a long way.

They did not have our reservation when we arrived. The manager and server were very accommodating in putting a large table together for us. Like most restaurants these days they were under staffed. It took a while to offer, but once they started it was fine. Food was very good!

We stopped in with another couple before going to a show at North Shore music. We decided to start with an appetizer plate. After about 30-35 min., I noticed the plate sitting on the shelf, with no waiter in sight. Sure enough, when we got the plate, everything was cold. We proceeded to order our meals, and the same thing. Waiter was nowhere to be found. My friends penne ragatoni was burnt, my spaghetti & meatballs was tepid, and my wife never got her lasagna. Very poor. We will never return, and the people at the music venue said it had hit rock bottom lately. I still left a tip, but not my usual 20-25%...

Was doing a delivery pickup there. Food was ready to go when I picked it up at 11:20 am. $200.00 order, and the people at the place I delivered to were so happy how everything was done to perfection and hot. New GM at this establishment and he was right on top of everything. Really nice man. Great job!!!
