I was taught that never say "is that it or what else " when a customer is ordering food. The fact that ordering food became a rush, and no hospitality what so ever...when applying to the job you was excited.
Seeing all these bad reviews has me confused. I live in a state over and still choose to come here. Ellington and his staff have been great. Ellington deserves a raise and so does Kristina.Both are always polite ,smiling, and Kristina always recognizes me .Whenever Ellington is there the staff seems to be more happy and more on point with making fresh products.Give Ellington and especially Kristina a raise. Don't loose those two. They are making up for the miserable and unproductive.
Wait in line on lunch break, just to find out that my coworker and I can't order because they're only taking 5 items per car, this is the worst taco bell I've been to
One of my tacos didn't even fill the shell half way up, it was very disappointing, it was all shell, hope it was an oversight , that never happened before!
You are by far the worst taco bell of all time.You constantly forget sauce. Even after being told countless times that you forget it.You don't listen to your customers at all and your horrible st service.I'm ashamed to have spent money on more then 1 occasions at ur location. Got an online order, went through drive through. They gave me the wrong order, so i called. They said to park with my hazards and they would bring the food out, 30 minutes later and they still have not brought it out after staring at the car multiple times and clearly seeing me.
A decent 2 bean burritos, 2 potato soft tacos and nacho fries! Better than other Bells Ive been to.

Online order for most of my complicated orders so it's easier and quicker. Never again for this location, I have learned to double check my orders before I even leave the drive thru window. I paid $3 for a burrito I didn't receive and the tacos I did get were so gimpy. If they didn't have any Doritos locos tacos left they should've said something instead of replace it with a regular shell. Not what I paid for. Staff didn't seem to care much either, very stoic and unfriendly.
Idk if taco bell is skimping on ingredients or if they have new staff. I got a crunchwrap and it was mostly lettuce and tomato. Not happy or satisfied to say the least. I talked to Omar about it and he's going to get me next time but I'm definitely double checking my order next time!
