Just want to say Logan is amazing! & the Food is great! They keep this place very clean and that is very important to me.
I went into the store and ordered a 2 burgers and tater tots. I then asked makayla (the woman taking our order) to change one of the burgers for a crispy chicken sandwich. She then screams, out of no where in our faces “crispy”, I get this may have been to tell the chefs, but the manner in which she yelled was so unprofessional and ridiculous. She then proceeded to tell us it would be a 10 minute wait, mind you we only ordered a burger, a chicken sandwich and tater tots. We waited only to receive one burger and burnt tater tots that were very heavily salted. When trying to ask where the chicken sandwich was, they denied us even ordering it. Overall awful service, will not be coming back.
Too expensive for what is worth. The burgers were not big at all, over cooked and salty. The fries were okay and service was wonderful hence the 3 stars.
To be honest, I don't remember what burger I had bit I can tell u this is was so good I finished it an I normally don't finish my burgers because I fill up on fries.
This place is consistently terrible. From cleanliness to the taste of the food to the kids that they’ve decided to hire. It’s filthy in here always. The food always sucks. Last night was the last chance for this garbage place. I swear, McDonalds has a better burger than what we got served last night. This Smashburger should just be closed down. Whenever I go to the one in Warwick, it’s an amazing experience and then if I ever try this place by accident, I’m beyond disappointed thoroughly every single time. 3 separate times, each time this place hasn’t managed to change our perception. Slow as always, nasty as always and the food sucks, as always. No more.
I only came to this establishment because there was a certain amount of hype about it and unfortunately the food I had did not match the hype. So let’s talk about it… I feel as though this is an overpriced Burger King. Only so Burger King would have made sure my fries were hot. My patties were very much salty, and I do not appreciate the fact that my fries were salty and stale. For an order that cost over $30 I would expect something to be more appetizing than just the shake. However I do know for next time that this will not be a preferable dinner choice for myself. Please do better
Waited 40 minutes just to get some cold fries. I tried to order a shake they said it would be about 10 minutes, then she said they weren’t making shakes, okay that’s fine. 5 minutes later someone ordered a shake and it got it made immediately! Customer service is TRASH! Never again!!!!! Waste of 44 dollars!!!
The food is great. And for some reason, I've never had a server who wasn't super nice friendly and helpful!
Great tasting burgers. Eat in or burgers tend to be squished when put in a bag to go.
Cold food. The guy making the shakes has gloves on but never changed them even after throwing out garbage. They messed up the order and didn’t even bother to offer and fix it.
