This Papa Ginos delivers quickly. I recommend ordering directly from their website (and not a 3rd party site such as GH or DD). It is also cheaper through their website. The food preparation quality can vary from shift to shift, sometimes pizza is underdone and sometimes it's half overdone like it sat on the conveyor for too long. That's my only constructive feedback. Good reasonably priced place for lunch and a New England staple.
I walked in to ask for a slice of pizza or two for lunch. The 2 slice pizza deal for lunch was 10$ the pizza looked like an absolutle horror show. Literally flies landed on day old pizza to be served to humans. 0/10. Sub human food
I have some nostalgia for Papa Gino's since I grew up going there. Based on this experience, it feels like they've given up.Delivery was on time as estimated, so there were no complaints there. The food was, while not cold, not hot either. The pizza was supposed to be 16 inches but was barely 14. I also did not receive the desserts, but they weren't listed on the receipt, so I assume they were out. I'll double-check if they charged for them.It's a shame. I don't want these to keep closing, but every experience I've had over the past five years at several locations has been underwhelming. There can only be so many chances.
Ordered Italian Sausage Ricotta. Opposite of the photo! about 4 pieces of sausage on a large pizza with about a pound of ricotta cheese just dumped on it. The shell was precooked and dried out; then they dumped the ricotta cheese on it and did not even cook it. Also, no red pepper flakes. For $20.00 this WAS DEFINITEY NOT WORTH IT!

Great Hit Dogs Foot Long dogs on a grilled roll. Best ever..
Visited this location yesterday, and will never return.The middle-aged, male employe wearing glasses, who took our order was one of the rudest, and surely should not be dealing with the public. The woman's bathroom had a very strong odor of bleach, which was stomach turning. Walking in, you could see two teenage kitchen employee sitting on milk crates in the back. When the pizza arrived, it had no sauce on it, just dough and cheese. Absolutely horrible! I asked the counter employee why the pizza had no sauce on it. He flat out lied to me, and said it had as much sauce on.it as it always had.It was a totally disgusting, and disappointing experience, and I will never return.
Really friendly and kind. Good service. Pappa John style pies. Good chicken sides.
