McDonalds was my first job at 16. We always got it right. This place consistently gets orders wrong. I constantly have to go back for missing or wrong food. Tonight, after waiting 40 minutes in line at a "fast food" place, they shorted me $7 worth of food. I call the restaurant only to be told "it's not his problem" by a manager and that I have to get back in line to wait another 40 minutes to get my food. Fire everybody and hire competent employees.
I felt really lazy, and ordered using the drive thru.. got 2 Big Macs and 2 McFurries with Oreo Cookies.. Great to way to spend time with my Son talking, enjoy the Burgers and not cook.. Priceless
I give them a 3 star because they need to change the oil more frequently than they do. Fries were nasty. And I love their fries. They usually have the best fries.
Haven't had McDonald's in a while so thought I'd treat myself, big mistake should've kept my 20$. Nuggets were old n taste like cardboard, fries were cold by the time I hit the red light and the fish sandwich was so hard n weird tasting it was un edible smdh such a dissapoitment!! Now gotta go to bed hungry.
Two lanes for drive thru orders. Fast service. Line was long but moved quickly. Everything was hot and fresh.
McDonald's is not what it used to be. Not family friendly in general. I was dragged there by kids for 20 years... but do my best to avoid them because of the unhealthy aspects of what they serve... and the smaller portions for more money.
Love this McDonald's. Love doing my work there.
Person at the collection window was very pleasant as was the woman at the second window. Order was correct.
These people have the worst customer service. Sit .in drive through for 15 minutes and not even many cars in line. When I pulled up to pay, the girl said "4 plain cheeseburgers". I said yes and paid cash so I told the girl I didn't need a receipt. I assumed because she charged me right, I would get the right order. Well got all the way home to give my dying dog his treat only to find that I was given an apple pie and cinnamon roll. When I called, they were not apologetic at all. Said I could come back or get refund. When I drove all the way back, the manager never said sorry. She said to throw out the bag I brought back. I asked for a refund in addition to my right order for the time and waste of gas but she said she couldn't without a receipt even though I brought back the food they had given me. I hope these people don't ever have a job that actually matters because that would be scary.
