I eat at this location every day because it's convenient for me but every single day there's something wrong with my order like today I ordered the big breakfast and a cup of coffee when I open up the container the eggs look like they have been dropped on the floor and picked up and put back into my tray they were covered with all these black things it didn't even look like food I got no utensils so I have to eat the food that I have with my hands. It's always something with this place I know there's some good people that work there but it seems like the good people are running the show and the people who don't know what doing are actually working and dispensing product
Always good food just don't go here during lunch it's mystery bags. They hand you whatever to keep the drive thru moving. I lose every time ?
Food was hot and delicious, friendly staff, granddaughters enjoyed the play area.
I went here on a Saturday and it wasn't very busy, only a few cars in the drive thru, the staff were friendly and polite, the restaurant was very clean and neat. I ordered a cheeseburger meal using the kiosk station and got everything I ordered correct. A lot of these 1 star reviews are outrageous and entitled. The workers are doing the best they can and shouldn't have to deal with entitled customers (like complaining about how they forgot their sauces as if it's the end of the world or disrespecting the staff because they work in fast food). I would recommend this place, it's newly renovated with a nice dining area with air conditioning and still has the play area for kids!
Never ever have I gotten hot fries and God forbid if they have a strawberry milkshake and when you do get a strawberry milkshake when they have it in stock it comes out with a tiny bit of strawberry and the rest is vanilla when you ask them to make one that is pink and tastes like strawberry they tell you that's how they all are so instead of getting the strawberry milkshake you really get vanilla with a splash of strawberry every single time you're there also they can never get special orders right and slow slow but my nephew loves happy meals so what can I say at least they get that right
I would have given a better rating but told me it was $11 even. Just think that is shadey with no change back?? Even money??
It is 2:00 pm on a Sunday, we pull up to place an order and they say they are temporarily closed due to short staff. As we pull away there are 3 cars parked n line waiting for food.
Went to get chicken sandwiches, nuggets and fries for kids. They didn't have ice cream! Prices seemed to have gone up. Inflation! Still no good choices for vegetarians!
Don't ever go to this place i hate the service the people and the whole business there so rude everytime i go if i could give it no stars there i would place need to shut down
I do not understand how a request as simple as including BBQ AND SWEET AND SOUR SAUCE creates such a confusion for the staff here. This happens quite often. The sauce is quite literally an arms length distance away from the employees at all times. How can you forget arguably the MOST important part of the order. We may never know.
