The pancakes are alright but the French toast is really good! If you come on the weekends expect to wait a bit before getting seated. The place looks clean and the staff are friendly, although I think it does feel understaffed.

My husband and I are currently here. Walked in the door and hostess didn't acknowledge us. Sat there for 17 minutes being completely ignored. Grabbed our own menus. Finally the sweetest waitress, who was serving a table of six and another table across the restaurant, she was the only one to apologize and help us immediately even though her shift was over. Her name was Michelle and she was the only reason it's not a 1 star review.

i’m a pretty big fan of pancakes, and minions. however, the minions pancakes? no. i have been waiting since despicable me 1. however i made a grave mistake. i hate bananas, and i am lactose intolerant. i ordered it for the bit. however, i ordered the Mischievous Minion Jr Combo, and my entire meal was Cold. service was good, she was cool. food? bad.cool. in the literal temperature sense.

This place is such a waste of what used to be a good place to have breakfast. We have gone three times hoping each time would be better than the last but we were disappointed. There are only two waitresses there that actually seat you and take your order at a timely manner. We waited 7 mins for anyone to even notice we were waiting to be seated. Then around the same for our drinks, more than half an hour to get our breakfast, which was cold when we got it. Restaurant was very slow at the time, so we know our "server" let the food sit for ages before she felt like bringing them over. She never came back to see how anything was, so my husband had to stop her to tell her the food was too cold to eat. Very let down by the inexperienced staff here. Will not be returning at this location. Go to Tigger's diner instead!

Kim is an amazing waitress and person and she made the whole IHOP experience worth it! We had a party of 6 with annoying special picky orders and she didn't miss a beat. I got the country fried steak and it was pretty good. The pancakes that came with it were delicious. Food came out quickly, we all left with full bellies. Thank you IHOP.

Food is always great, definitely recommend there new protein pancake combo they have.It was delicious and very filling and good amount of food for the money.Wait staff was fast and friendly.

I usually love coming here but at this particular location ok n they were all out of burgers and this one waitress was so loud you couldn't hear the person across the table from you. It took them 20 minutes to seat us and the place was dead.

We went to the Attleboro location and was very upset with the service. We walked in waiting to be seated and an older woman that worked there walked in and looked like she hated being there. Our waiter was nice, but she was running around WAY too much to attend to the 4 tables she had. By the time I got my pancakes, our main meals were finished and our waiter never brought out the pancakes to begin with, it was another worker. She was nice but not attenitve to her tables. The manager looked bored or bothered about being there. Overall, the food was decent - but the atmosphere and the staff need to be worked on. Nobody looked happy, atmosphere is bland and depressing. Wouldnt be going there again.

Called in my order and it was done in 20 minutes. They were short staffed but so friendly fast and efficient. The place was clean the staff were very cheerful and I appreciated the customer service over the phone and at the pick up station. There pancakes and inlets are out of this world good.

Took 20 minutes to have anyone come over to seat an entire crowd of people. All the waitresses just walked over, looked at us and then said “one moment” repeatedly for OVER 20 minutes. Absolutely the worst hostess service I’ve seen. I understand staffing shortages but there should be a common courtesy to greet your guests and not make them feel unwelcome.
