Still a great burger, but no where you would EVER want to sit down and eat, because of how much yelling is being done by the employees. Someone comes through the door- an employee yells about how many. Someone makes an order- yelling to the kitchen. You ordered fries? Someone yells it out. It was one thing when they yelled how many patties to make right after an order, it's another thing to now yell everything that's ordered and every person coming through the door. All I wanted to do was get out of the restaurant as fast as possible instead of sitting down to eat my food. My grandfather visiting from CA, had to take out his hearing aids because of the ringing it made, from all the yelling. You guys need to put an order system into place and stop this ridiculous yelling system.
Ordered a hamburger and drink - cashier rang up burger, fries and a drink - i said i don't want fries - he said it comes as a value meal - WHAT?! never had someone blatantly lie like that on something so obvious. Will never be back - lost my business.

Great fries...but way overpriced for what you get.Could use some help keeping the place clean !There is extra staff on hand...clean the doors,floors and bathrooms. The place just seems grungy!!!C'mon now , the public deserves better...step up the appeal of the place !!.... AND $ 30 for two burgers and two small fries..no drink ! again...A LITTLE HIGH PRICED - Ya Think ?Tighten up 5 guys !!!!
I mean, it's five guys burgers and fries. It's always good.A good medium between fast food garbage and a sit-down restaurant, with an inordinate serving of fries dumped into your doggy bag.

We waited over 20 minutes after arrival for a mobile order milkshake. I know they don't start making your drinks/fries until you get there so they're fresh.If a customer orders their milkshakes after I've told the employees that I'm there for a pick up, they shouldn't receive their drinks before I do, let alone 10 other customers that ordered after me.We gave up on waiting and left with our cold burgers and no milkshake.
