You are lucky if you get your coffee right. Ask for decaf, get regular..want sugar, get none etc etc.
Thanks for slam dunking my Boston cream into the bag so I had to literally peel the donut off the frosting stuck to the bag ?
It's just Dunkin'. I go there for iced coffee. Nothing special about it, but the employees work hard.

The barista messed up my coffee order but it was still very good.
The app wouldn't let us order from this location and said it would open at 4am, but it was well past that when I was trying to order. We didn't receive a receipt so I could take the survey which is why I'm leaving a review instead. I would have given fewer stars, but I generally have better luck with this Dunkin location. The pumpkin latte I just got tastes like there's cleaning product in it, or the milk is sour. I had someone else try and they tasted the same thing I did. The green tea in the same order was way stronger and more bitter than normal as well, leading to an upset stomach. Unfortunately, I've been in an accident and cant drive, so I couldn't bring the drinks back. Order 2186 on 8/29.
Iine was very long and slow today. They looked understaffed
