Absolutely outstanding service and food the owner visited with us and we had great veal parmigiana and lasagna I highly recommend this restaurant enjoy
Went for lunch today. No waiter/waitress. No bartender. No one except a girl at front desk, and maybe a cook. Should have closed. We left and had lunch elsewhere. What happened to this place?
The food here is beyond great. The appetizers are very good great portion sizes flavors are great I suggest the meatball, Arroncini, and the Portuguese calamari, drinks are very good very tasty and the staff knows the menu and had excellent recommendations. We had a table of six and our server was fantastic the bonus was owner Gigi came over and sat with us and explained all the dishes there’s a very home style Nona’s feel to the cooking. I will be a regular here great place for a family dinner, date night or impress a client keep up the good work Gigi you have a hidden gem
The highlight of our experience was the busboy. he seemed to be the only person in the restaurant that cared. He was at the table within a minute of us sitting down. Smile on his face "big Hello", setting up water and bringing a basket of bread & oil. That was it! We then sat there for about 15 minutes until the hostess looked and asked if a waitress had been at the table. Waitress finally came over, not a hint that she was overdue. Ordered an appetizer; Fried Calamari; the rings were lukewarm, bland and saugy from all the pepper juice poured over them. The marinara tasted like it was spooned out of a can of tomato paste. This I overlooked and we ordered our dinner. We sat there for another 45 minutes waiting for our dinners. the waitress walked by 3 times oblivious to the fact that food had not yet appeared. All in all we were in this restaurant over an hour and no dinner yet. After the waitress didn't acknowledge us again, we left. Bliss Dairy around the corner was a better option. I have been in the restaurant over 30 years, and fully understand the challenges of the business. I am the first in our groups to stick up for a server or a poor experience. This was unacceptable. There were more than enough staff there tonight. There is no excuse for a server to not acknowledge a table when they should know that service is slow. We tried to stay local, but not at this establishment ever again.
Went here for the first time. My wife had been here with friends and loved it. The food was delicious. The owner Gigi makes her rounds to all the tables and she's awesome. Such a great personality. You'll love her and her restaurant! Definitely a great place to bring the family or quiet night with the wife.
Great food ! Amazing atmosphere! Great staff ! Owners should give themselves a pat on the back. Talk about a great place to dine, for dinner ,drinks and friends. I seriously recommend this restaurant. But don't take my word for it,Try it yourself. I am definitely coming back !!! Thank you so much Don & Gigi, for a wonderful experience to your restaurant. Great experience. We had a large party so we got there early. Good thing too because by the time we left the place was rockin. The food was great, Gigi was engaging and fun to talk to, and our server Mateo couldn't have been sweeter or more patient. I would definitely recommend eating here, try the Scrod & shrimp Francaise...you will not be disappointed. ?

Dinner was amazing, service was even better! We have had take out from here twice…both times leaving us wanting more! We dinner in tonight for our first time for an early Valentines. Emily was our waitress and she was amazing..able to tell us all about the special drinks/entrees as well as any questions we had! Describe all the amazing dessert options to us leaving it almost impossible to decide! We live around the corner and can’t wait for our next time!! Gigi also came over and personally introduced herself, which i saw her do to all tables this evening, such a great family owned place and can’t wait to go back!!
