Went there 4 a bday party the kids had a blast there r a lot more games in there n the remodel is pretty nice I will say who ever is in the custom as Chucky Cheese needs 2 be let go the guy in there was not a happy person he bearly moved or sang with the kids we even had 2 chase him down 4 a pic the bday song was so bad with Chucky that the bday boy stop paying him attention n 2 have 2 pay all that money 2 have a party there n u have 2 clean up after urself when we where there just about all the games work there where very few down n it was not crowded around 12:30 I will saying gaming wise 4 kids its a good time just being 2 expect the workers 2 be not so friendly
This place is literally just an arcade now. My kids had fun but this place has not changed for the better over the years. It used to be way more exciting. Yes, it was clean but very warm considering it wasn't crowded yet. The whole time we were there the girl who stamps hands was texting. Wow, that's an easy job! Not enough to do for the amount of money per kid.?
I was impressed at how clean everything was. This place has changed over the years. No stage anymore. I was bummed about that. Chuck E made his appearance! Pizza was fantastic. It wasn't overdone. Pepperoni was fresh. Just enough cheese. The hint of garlic on the crust was a nice flavor. I had the stuffed crust-yumm! Kids had fun playing the games. The hands free payment mode for games made it easy for the kids. No more counting tickets! Wide selection of prizes. Staff was friendly and easy to locate when needed. We were there first thing in the morning so there was no crowd at all. Sunday morning 9 AM . Had the whole place to ourself!

Cheese tonight, thanks to an amazing (what I assume to be) manager. All Jaxson wanted was to see Chuck e. (That’s really all he cares about when we go, just look at the kids outfit ?) but apparently he only comes out for bday parties now, which we found out when george asked after we waited forever to see if he’d come out. Jax was sooo upset. Then all of a sudden this wonderful manager comes walking over to Jaxson with Chuck E. ❤️❤️ Sweetest thing ever.(I’m pretty sure Chuck’s pants were on backwards because he got dressed so fast after george asked about it ??)
Your front counter employer very rude towards my daughter. I'm sorry to say if your working at a children friendly place you should at least enjoy working with children. There was young employer that was in the front of the booth where you get stamped once you come in. She made my daughter smile and comfortable.
We went here for a birthday party and the food, games and unlimited drinks was great, but my goodness was the staff MISERABLE. The greeter was less than pleasant, the other staff members looked and acted like being there was a terrible experience. The person who was in the Chuck E. Cheese costume was horrible- clearly didn't want to be there. It was a good time, but just expect the staff to be miserable.
My grandson's 3rd birthday party was a hit. The place was clean, staff was helpful. My grandson wasn't too keen on Chucky, but everything else was great! ???
Let's be real. Was her for my son. Paying for game time, worth it. Food on the other hand, do not eat here. The pizza was good, but 20$ for an "extra large" pizza and all they did was cut a large into 16 slices. I mean come on , the slice of pizza was smaller than my..... ANYWAY! Food not worth it, paying for game time, beyond worth it. Do with this what you will.
This recommendation is a joint family recommendation. Staff were extremely friendly, games were all accessible which is important for us. Facilities were very clean and we had an enjoyable family experience
Got to Love chuckie chucks , Younger staff as usual, not so attentive however they do there Job. The Main guy working was awesome And very helpful.
