Incredibly disappointed that this was my first interaction with this location. I ordered through Door dash, and never received my drink. I Had to be refunded instead. On a side tangent, I also ordered 4 drinks through 7-11 using the Door Dash app, and THAT was cancelled as well! 5 drinks ordered, and I got NOTHING!
Watch what you eat here. I was feeding my baby and lucky to find this in guac before feeding him which could be serious chocking hazard. if i have to watch my every scoop i doubt of return.
Some visits this location is 100% and lights out service.Others you get strange portion sizes, items/hair in your burrito bowl, and completely missing sides in your "online order only" quesadillas.Chip servings also are remarkably small for a "large" chip and salsa/queso.It's a value thing I guess. I never feel like the price you pay is worth what you get, at least at this location.If the time and direction are right I'd choose Bajas up the road.
Came to pick up an online order and it was ready on time and accurate, even with it being $5 entree day for Halloween. Inside was clean and there were convenient parking spots out from for running it for pickups.
unfortunately you happened not to be careful and there was a plastic in my food, you had already delivered the wrong order, I returned, and you were not careful in carrying out the correct order!!!

Tried to order a bowl online and postmates wouldn’t allow me to add chips so I called in to pay for it separately but the manager just threw it in with my existing order complimentary so this 5 star is for the manger Colby! Thank you very helpful !!!
Went to Chipotle and WOW what a horrible place and horrible food. Asked the gentleman that I wanted 2 veggie bowls the rice part was fine but when it came to the condiments nothing was there almost empty Black beans were super low, fajitas nothing was there looked so horrible, tofu was super dry, no cheese he was scraping to find the cheese, lettuce was at the bottoms with few leaves. I got the chips super stale and salty. When the bowls were made he didn’t even have lids to the cover the bowl he used aluminum foil. Waited 15 minutes to pay for the food. I got home in 5 minutes and started eating the food SUPER COLD AND VERY BAD. I ended up throwing it all away it was that horrible. If your thinking about eating at this Chipotle please think twice I will never return to this location at all.
Never again will I go to this location and I found a long piece of white plastic in my bowl and y'all cooks what in the no seasoning is going on here get it together
Ordered cubed steak tacos and was not given a receipt. When we got home it had no meat. When I called to complain I was told the receipt shows we ordered veggie tacos. I’m sorry but if we ordered veggie tacos why are there no veggies in this? Disappointing to say the least. I may not have paid for meat but dinner was ruined. Who would pay money for what’s in these tacos?
