Kenny always has a great attitude when we come in, he’s the only bartender that we want when we come in! Service is always too shelf. It’s always a great time when we come in and he’s our server. Knows what he’s talking about when suggesting drinks. Highly recommend coming in when Kenny is here!
We ordered salads, looking for a quick lunch. After freezing for 45 minutes inside without any food, we hunted down our waitress and asked for any table that might be warmer. She said the whole place was cold, but outside might be a little warmer. It was, but it was 64 degrees outside and the fans were on full speed! The chairs were covered in bird droppings so we decided to just asked for everything to go. We never did find the waitress and asked the hostess. No one even know if the order has been put in at the kitchen. The waitress showed up with a box and the check and said she took the meals outside. No one knew what the other was doing! I don’t know why the temperature couldn’t have been fixed. There weren’t many customers but all of us were complaining! It’s hard to mess up a salad order, but what took 60 minutes to bring it, and where do the waitresses hide out? Never again!
We had a delicious and exceptional dining experience here. This was our first time to The Greene Turtle - we were in town to buy a car and decided to stop here afterward, for a late lunch before heading home. Liz L is an excellent server, with great recommendations and a terrific personality. All of the food was good, and the strawberry lemonade was a hit! We'll be back if we're ever again in Westminster to eat.
Absolutely terrible service. I’m usually not one to complain but this place has gone so down hill in the last year or so. The management and the entire wait staff have no sense of time, took us 15+ minutes to get drinks and a ridiculous amount of time for food and the waitresses are no where to be seen half the time. Mind you, it was not crowded AT ALL. Just seemed like no one cared or wanted to do their jobs. We were served pork that was not cooked all the way and had a horrible stench to it. Our waitress told us she’d take it off our bill, she claimed her manager would only allow her to take half off (which I understand isn’t the waitresses fault) but the manager never came to our table or to speak with us to make things right. Extremely disappointed because I used to love this place and used to come here often. Save yourself some time and do not go here.
I ordered a pulled pork barbecue sandwich, which he had more onion straws and coleslaw then pork. As a bonus I had four guys set up a corn hole game directly next to my table. Yes, I was inside the restaurant adjacent to the bar. Terrible experience!
Liz was so wonderful with our large group making sure everything was in order to have no confusion. This is the second time we have had her as our waitress and she did phenomenal both times!! Thank you for a wonderful experience!!
The food was very good and our waitress was amazing. A little pricey for me to eat there frequently but I enjoyed it.
Great food & service. Julio, the manager is awesome & Kenny is hands down the best bartender in Westminster! Can’t wait for the outdoor patio & bar to open next Friday!
Great atmosphere usually Great food! But they still don't get my burger Iike I want it! All I want is my burger medium rare. Is that to much to ask
