Manager on duty at this location was cussing at customer flicking her off and engaging in the parking lot in front of other customers waiting to go through drive-thru line. This location really needs to reevaluate their management and their quality that they put out. Personally, I will not revisit this location and if you're smart you won't either
Food was messed up,4 different times....... fixed...... Then I went to the drive thru today the staff was a bunch of assholles excuse my language......my god Dustin petry who do you have working there...... I would never treat a customer like that.....about lunch time......my god they acted like I had 2 heads...... not good.....very bad drive thru service........ laughing and caring on when fixing my food,...... Come on .......you are so much better than that .......I would never do that right in the window.....then they wouldn't give me their names all 3 of them .....I know what they look like to do ....,,not voii
Worse place in town, never get my food right or always old and cold, employees very rude, They say the computer is down all the time and I bet it was NOTUnsure how this is even standing still.NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT HERE ASAP
Asked for no Chipotle sauce. And got triple the amount. Young Manager was rude when talking to him about my order. Will be call head quarters about my time here.
The best Taco Bell I've ever had. The Crunchwrap didn't make it to the photo shoot but it was hot and fresh. The drive thru lady was so nice.
I used to really like this place but now it's just one disappointment after another. Kept giving them chance after chance but now I give up. They are not customer oriented at all. Very disismisive and rude the last time I was there. Don't bother to ask for anything extra even when you pay for it you won't get it. Good luck They suck!!!
No one at any taco bell has been so nice as the lady in drive they on Saturday February 5th 2022 at around 11ish I want to make sure she gets credit for such amazing customer service and kindness. She made my day ❤️
As the strip the menu and increase price they also reduce the fillings. I hadn't gone to taco bell for a couple of years. This one especially because its almost always 1 or so dollars more than the Gettysburg or westminster MD taco bells.Another issue is due to their faulty app, there is no way to obtain "removed" items. Quesaritos for example can still be ordered through the app. The issue is that the app is so poorly written that you cannot check out using it.I've tried with my laptop, android phone, main computer, iPad, my friends phone, computer, his iPhone, 5 different cards ranging from bank, credit, discover, google pay and none of it worked.The service at times has also been poor. Going inside there were easily 11 or so people there so it's not a matter of the coof, not laborer shortages. So as a result I'll just return to making my own home made food and maybe again in a couple years my friends will drag me to another taco bell.
The staff was nice but the food was awful. It was a big mistake to eat here. I still regret it
Just curious why the past few Sundays you've been shutdown? Place an online order, canceled. Sitting in the drive thru, not taking orders. I don't understand.
