Service was average bad thing is that I was overcharged I ordered 6-in steak and cheese meal and I was charged for an extra chips that's an extra $1.39 plus taxes it is not a lot of money but it's dishonest. This was a order to go .The manager's name and phone number is on the receipt and I called that number but no answer couldn't leave a message either because the system is full it doesn't take messages.
Customer service here is great! Food is made fast and efficiently!
Having just had a negative experience at another local sub shop (rhymes with “tire mouse”), where we were treated as an imposition for walking in within an hour of their closing time, it was both refreshing and pleasant to be welcomed into the store with open arms despite it being only a few minutes before they closed. Michael made our subs with generous portions and attention to detail, even making suggestions to enhance our choices. He could not have been more courteous and agreeable. This is how it should be done!

Seriously- these are the nicest people in the world... the food is always amazing, but the people are even better! I am blessed to have this location close to my house because I never want to go to another subway, it's not the same. Keep it up guys!!!
