while I do recommend this Starbucks, I am very disappointed that they consistently give me a grande amount in my vente cup

First let me start by saying that I’ve been coming to this establishment for a few years now. The customer service is poor. Cashier took another customer before taking my order. After I ordered my drinks, which were coffees - nothing extra, the customers who ordered after me, got their drinks first. I don’t know if it’s because of my race or that they don’t care for their customers at all. But they have a lost a few customers at this location.
My white chocolate mocha was perfect, and the service was exceptional, even if it was 530 am. Also the cleanliness Starbucks I’ve been to in some time. Good stuff
Terrible drive thru…it always overflows into 140 and the new design, I sit for 20 minutes but am just supposed to let someone who just pulled in cut me off. Absolutely ridiculous! The service has gone down hill as well it’s more hit or miss now.
Used to be good.....but has been really inconsistent at this location in regards to hours lately. The times they've just closed up at 4:00...sometimes even 2:00 (entire store), or just completely closed their doors with no explanation given has made it an unreliable spot to get coffee. When open, staff was really nice....wish I could rate higher, but my friend and are having to find somewhere else to go for our coffee meet-ups now. Sadly I used to rave about them and would go out of my way to grab a coffee from them. Now it's like a coin flip if they are even gonna be there... Dunkin' it is then.
Drinks are good but they always are closing early (4pm today??) the parking/drive thru set up is also so dangerous.
This Starbucks is fine with everything except for the drive-through and parking lot. The "TLDR" version of this review is to order ahead in the morning, park in a lot next door, then walk across the drive-through to the Starbucks to avoid that mess. Anyway...Due to the small size, the lot gets very crowded during peak hours which is only made worse by the abysmal drive-through. To remediate the issue with the line spilling out into 140, a second lane was added.The issue with the second lane is that there is no person or mechanism to enforce line order; most people continue to only drive up to the first lane which still ends up spilling out onto 140. When there's a line of 10 or so cars in the first lane and someone finally takes advantage of the second lane which puts them way ahead of the line as a result, many times people in the first lane aggressively pull up to the car in front of them to prevent the second lane from merging. Even when an employee was going car to car to get orders this occurred.The drive-through needs better enforcement, because at this time it's just not worth the trouble of stopping by in the morning. It's likely safer and faster to just stop at the Target across the street if you don't mind losing out on points from the app.
I Love this Starbucks! The best service! Everyone is so nice and always gets my order correct! I always look forward to my visit there!
Good friendly service. Wish the parking lot logistics were better. Very busy location, I recommend ordering for pick up.
