The manager was very personable as was the entire staff! Seeing as my order is an unusual order, I really appreciate our barista Molly for going the extra mile and doing a great job making our order!I understand the others talking about the line but that stands to reason seeing as they do such a great job and try to ensure customer satisfaction!!This will be our go to from here on out for out caffeine fix!Thank y'all so much for the exceptional service!
Two people in front of us had been given incorrect orders, kept stopping everything to have conversations with Safeway employees. Took 20 minutes for 2 drinks
I have tried to get a drink 3 mornings in the past two months. Every time the drink I received was not what I requested. Every time the same woman took my order and gave me something other than what I asked for.She also did not know understand how milk goes into an americano? ….I am amazed at how bad this location is (but perhaps it is just the one employee who is the root of the problem)
The woman who has been regularly working here lately is so rude. They have no staff any more and are always out of everything.
This Starbucks location is terrible now , all the old staff is gone . They use to be great ,no long lines now your waiting 5-10 min just for them to take your order. Everyone use to be super friendly now the new workers are rude and act like they don’t want to be there . They never have what you ask for now , which is crazy . I’ve been going to this location for years without a problem , but as of now I will never go back. .

This location has really gone downhill. Some of the staff members are not friendly at all, half the time the drinks are wrong and they are always short staffed in the morning
Since everyone left and they've had other employees from other locations fill in, it's terrible. The employees don't even want to be at this location you can tell with the attitude your given. Whip cream I am told is Dafeway but they're out for 2 weeks straight at a time. The line goes to produce most mornings. You get something you don't recognize as your usual drink the last 2 years, so you know what it should taste like!
Got a latte and once on the road, I realized it was steamed milk with zero coffee in it
Always out of cold brew FIRST THING IN THE MORNING which is pretty inexcusable because it’s made at night. Employees should be making it before running off to go party but I suppose they don’t make enough to care. I used to manage a coffee shop in the height of my addiction to IV dope and I NEVER failed to make the cold brew despite being literally sick every day. Please do better.
