This is just so unfortunate and quite frankly ridiculous.I arrived at Sonic today at around 10:45am. I had ordered ahead on the app, so I parked in a stall and checked in. I didn’t receive my order until 11:10am. My sandwich was smashed, my drink had only a thin layer of ice on the top and was warm (I ordered extra ice), and my Medium Buffalo popcorn chicken arrived plain, in a small container, with no sauces. I also ordered fried pickles which tasted amazing, but were extremely soggy and barely warm at all. My daughter’s kids meal was crushed in the bag. I ended up going through the drive through since my husband had asked for tots while I was waiting. I sat in line with only two cars ahead of me for 25 minutes. The woman who took my order had a very hard time placing the order, even though it was only plain tater tots.I gave this “fast” food restaurant 2 stars solely based on taste and kindness of the employees. One employee in particular (Rashawn was the name on my receipt) was very kind and patient.I do not recommend this Sonic at all.
This is your run of the mill Sonic Drive-In. The food is far from healthy but can be comforting if you desire that sort of thing.
The drive in line was pretty long at this location but the new cake batter shake was pretty good! It was definitely sweeter than normal cake batter shakes, but still hit the spot!
amazingly kind staff! quick drive through. had a fun convo about my husky, and she gave her a cute free doggy ice cream sundae. everything was great! amazing service!
Ordered a grape slushie for a drive home. Debbie at Drive Thru was very pleasant and order was fast. Good slushie and quick service.
What can I say? It's Sonic! Seriously though, Sonic's burgers taste great and they are a decent size. I'll put it like this. I bought a McDonald's quarter pounder for like 6 dollars while on a trip and then I went to Sonic a few weeks later. The burger at Sonic was cheaper, larger, a lot more tasty, and all around so much better than the fake tasting and pathetic McDonald's quarter pounder. Sonic's ice cream, shakes, and slushies are all tasty too. One of my favorites I like to get too is tater tots with cheddar cheese on top. Yes, it is good trust me. Like I said, it's Sonic. You won't go wrong enjoying a great breakfast sandwich, lunch, or dinner here.
The dining room and drive ups were closed, presumably due to staffing issues. It also took a very long time in the drive through, and they forgot our sauces.However, the food was delicious as usual, so not all was lost.

Milkshakes ok.....seems more pricey but smaller cups....i don't get that. Usually great though. They are under staffed so i was ok.I feel the preorder process is a bit confusing and longer than anticipated
You know I get working a long day and hard hours. I see you all close at 10 pm. I would never enter the drive threw at 9:59, but if I enter the drive threw at 9:30 pm and you tell me the ice cream machine is “down”. I’ll respect honesty, tell me you just got finished cleaning it. I pulled up to Dairy Queen that closes at the exact same time as you all and the ice cream machine worked just fine and they accepted my business. You all really disappointed me tonight. I can learn to let it go and get over it but a huge thank you goes to Dairy Queen and thier workers for staying open as advertised and honest.
