Got a salad the other day with chicken removed and it came without this customization. Picked it off didn’t and mind too much— accidents happen, and this one luckily could be fixed. Order a corn chowder today and received chicken noodle soup (?) I believe after biting into a piece of chicken. As a vegetarian, getting food messed up to include meat makes it inedible. Going to the Eldersburg location from now on.
Location was busy, probably because it was Sunday lunch. No issues during ordering, food, coffee and drinks was good. It was a little wait but no big deal. Plenty of tables, clean restrooms
Great! The staff at this location are very nice and friendly( much better than any of the locations in Baltimore) plus it was nice to go to a Panera that did not required masks at all. It would be even nicer if nobody required anyone ( neither employees nor customers) to wear masks.
The last two times I have gotten carry out food at there westminster location I drove 5 miles back to my home only to discover once again you forgot to add a cup of chesse to my apple sald , last time forgot to give us bread for each of 3 soups and gave us the small soup instead of the large. How hard is it to read off a computer screen. I'm done with your hi priced mistakes
Waited 20 minutes for them to bring out our order as we had ordered curbside. Walked in to see the issue and saw three associates standing around at the registers with our order sitting behind them and no other customers to be helped. Food was almost cold by the time we got it.
Customer service is good and coffee was ok
the ceiling and high wall area by the air duct just behind the pick-up counter is very much in need of cleaning. this is a very public area and it brings into question the cleaning practices in areas where the public can not see. it is a reflection on management's lack of attention to detail and lack of staff training
Appreciate the quick service and mostly correct order. I was not happy with the whimpy piece of completely unripe avocado that paid $2 for. If you don't have quality ingredients, just take it off the menu for the time being.
I have never had a bad experience with Panera! Their food is fantastic and their service is always fast with excellent etiquette!! I love their turkey, bacon bravo sandwich and their bacon, egg and cheese on brioche with 2 eggs.
Food is good. Problem is that they allow street people to hang out in the dining area. One of the deadbeats kept staring at us making me very security conscious. When we were driving away we saw the staring deadbeat about a block away hanging out under a tree.We encourage management to drop their woke culture offering a home to all potential miscreants.
