Quickest, friendliest service ever! This McDonald's had its act together. The person taking my order was friendly and easy to understand. Did not rush me, simply let me give my order. The person taking my payment was friendly; possibly the same person that took my order. The person giving me my meal was friendly as well.This place had a long line in the drive thru, but the line moved with speed and proficiency. I am not sure if I would have had the same experience with another crew, but the crew on board on May 25 at around the noon hour, was working with excellence!Those workers should at least be told the good job they are doing!

The food industry is not for the faint of heart, so I usually try to be patient. I waited about 20 minutes in the drive thru just to order my food. When I finally get to the speaker, the woman is rude. She just says "what can I get you?" OK fine, you're busy, I'll let that slide. I get to the first window to pay and she doesn't tell me what I owe or acknowledge me. She just sticks out her hand for my money. She hands my card back with no receipt and closes the window. Ok, how do I know if I even paid for the right order? I get to the second window and was just as disappointed. No acknowledgement and I'm just handed a bag with food. Luckily it was my food but I wish I never ordered. The fried were cold and old and the box was barely filled. My mcchickens were cold and my nuggets were forgotten. I don't feel like going in to argue or to wait another 20 minutes just to get my food. Lesson learned. I will not be coming back.

I consider myself a patient person but this McDonald’s is awful! They always forget something, always. And it always seems to be the more expensive item. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but don’t. This will be the last time I got to this McDonald’s. My advice is don’t waist your time. Burger King is across the street.

This McDonalds location is garbage. Avoid at all costs. They rarely get the order right and when they do, its almost always cold. You wait forever and most often have to pull into one of the waiting spots. I swear there cant be any management here, if there is they should be fired. Pulled into drive thru lane 1, watched 4 cars in lane 2 place their orders and drive around so after saying “hello?” twice with no reply, I pulled around to the window. I said “I'm sorry but I don't think your first box is working”. The girl(whose been working there for 30 years) says “it is” while waving her hand at me to hurry up and give her my order. Guess what? Order was wrong. Thanks, I guess.

Worst experience I've ever had in a restaurant. I get everyone is short staffed. But throwing sauce when I had requested it with my order is unacceptable. Waiting a half an hour for my food after being parked only to be told my order wasn't even being prepared because they lost the ticket. I asked for the managers name on shift. I was refused any names. They refused to acknowledge any of the customers who were up front waiting for their orders. I understand everyone is stressed out, understaffed and working their butts off but their is no reason to be disrespectful to your customers. I'm disgusted by how they acted. After waiting all that time, my food was cold. I didn't even want to eat any of it because I was afraid one of the workers that were upset that I was asking for my meal had messed with my food. It would be great if an upper manager or the Owner would contact me because obviously the people running their store or shift couldn't handle themselves or their attitude. I watched several customers have the same issue and walk out.

Went through the drive thru. Wasent crowded, Sunday afternoon. Went through the line in about 5 mins. Got to the window to get my food...they gave me my drinks and told me to park in spot 4. Did that, waited....25 mins went by. Realized they weren't coming out so I went in. Told the lady up front what happened. She was clueless of everything. Had to wait in there for another 10 so they could make my food. And they forgot my large fries and 2 of my teas were wrong on top of it. This location for the past year has gone down hill. We go at least once every week for our daughter. But not anymore. We will be going to Chic-Fil-A from here on out untill I hear this place gets better.

They make you order on a kiosk if you go inside which i think is ridiculous, then they make you take a number when you pay which is fine but about 10 mins later i look and my food is sitting on the counter. So whats the point of taking a table number? Also, the dirtiest place I've been in a long time!

Dear McDonald's corporate office: you need promote the manager who was working around 1:00 p.m. on March 18th 2022 in Westminster. I didn't catch his name. Big guy. He was super polite, patient, and extremely helpful.

Pull up to this McDonald's around midnight. I ordered a iced coffee, and no food. There were 4 cars in front of me when I got there. And it took 20 minutes to get to the front of the line to get my iced coffee. By the time I got to the window, most of the ice had melted. Watering down the drink completely. They are very inefficient here. I also had to ask for my receipt... Twice.

Since when is the customer expected to say “thank you” but not the employees? When I mentioned it to the night manager her reply was, “we teach them to say thank you when the customer says it.” Customer service training anyone???
