If you work Doordash don’t ever get your order from here laziest people work here they start your order after you come and when a customer walk in they act like they working fast but no they are nice AF to the customerWORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Feel the value for money with the size of the sandwich portion in giant size...regular feels like a small...they need a middle size. Staff always leaning in with politeness and tone, even when you have to wait and they are busy. Appreciate that.
Very friendly customer service. I called ahead of time to ask if this location offered the gluten free bread bc I have celiac. (Also bc I was driving and not able to get on the app to look myself) They were helpful and honest. When I got there to order the staff was knowledgeable on gluten free and explained they’d do their best to accommodate me, even asking if this was for an allergy or preference showing genuine concern. Sub was great tasting, made well and bread was fresh (sometimes I’ve been to mikes in nj and their gluten free wasn’t fresh probably bc it doesn’t get ordered often) and I felt listened to and served well as a customer who will definitely be returning to and recommending this location. Great job, all! Thank you :)
Very poor customer service. We ordered on their app, not door dash, the sub place was out of some product and we didn't get a call asking if we wanted any substitutions, the jersey Mike's app showed the order was picked up and was on time for delivery, 5 minutes after the scheduled delivery time we get a text message saying the order was canceled with no explanation. We received no phone call, and the phone number listed for the door dash delivery person disappeared from the app so no way to call

Make sure you check any hot sandwiches. I Ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub with lettuce/tomato; they put one small tomato on the entire sub with no bacon lettuce or anything I asked for. Made a bad day more disappointing.
Was there this afternoon. The staff not only wrote down the order incorrectly, but they also took an attitude when I requested a correction and initially just offered to take off the one item that I had asked not to have on my sub. Imagine if someone were allergic and all you did was remove the item. It could still cause a potentially lethal reaction! Repeat orders back to the customer to make sure that you got it right, and then you wouldn't have to remake things. All that being said, the food was just okay. Based on the staff alone, I would not recommend this place at all. If the employees had a better attitude, I would consider recommending this place to people.
