The subs are pretty good but apparently the management or corporate doesn’t care about this location because they’ve had NO ICE for at least the past 6 weeks. I know it’s supposed to be a shipping thing but come on!And the employees have once again stopped greeting customers. I realize that’s a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. Mission BBQ doesn’t seem to have problems keeping ice, functional parts or saying hello, plus they also support all first responders as well as military & veterans, so I’ll be going there instead for the foreseeable future.

The past couple time I have went have been disappointing. Two times I have went and there was no ice. After I said something, they told me that machine was still cold… Um I think not it was like I was drinking soda sitting in the sun for an hour. They are always closing early. Like 1.5 to 2 hrs early. At that point you should just change your hours to 7 instead of leaving it at 9. I really hope this places get back on it.

I ordered a meal online and got confirmation. I got to the store and they didn't have it ready. The woman in charge said they never got the order. They acted like I didn't know enough to know what I had done. When I showed my confirmation email she said she had to call tech support to figure it out. Then she proceeded to take orders from people who walked in after me instead of making the call. I'm steamed!

The Brisket sub was very good, tasty and delicious. However, they omitted 6 of our pickles that were supposed to go with our subs.

Disappointed for my first time dining at Firehouse. No Chili, Couldn't get a fountain soda because no Ice, Couldn't get the sub I wanted because was out of the ingredients to make it. Had tables to sit and eat but had no bathroom to use. Don't think I will return to this location. Terrible experience for a first time visit

Good experience. Love that they offer GF bread now, but they still also let you know it's not a GF experience. I don't know what else to say other than, I prefer these guys over other , more...shall I say 'Underground' sub shops.

Recently passing through decided to take an early lunch before heading back to the office at 10:45 because I was going to have some catching up to do following the holidays. I walked in only to be turned away because they said they weren’t ready to open. The sign OPEN was lit and the sign on the door said open Mon-Fri 10:30-8:00. So I politely walked out and watched the employee run and lock the door behind me, so I sat and watch from my car for a few seconds. Another couple walked to the door, only to find it locked at which time the employee opened the door to turn them away as well. Leadership seems to be a problem at this location given the manager was yelling from the back that there weren’t ready yet.

The folks at Firehouse have always been great. There was a line at 3 pm because they're understaffed, (as most retail stores are), but they got the food out in a reasonable amount of time. With a modicum of patience, you too can enjoy a delicious sub.Shout out to the lady making the sandwiches. They were delicious!

Food is always amazing. Melissa and Dexter are always pleasant and friendly.

The engineer sub was good, they were out of meatballs so no meatball subs, and no soup, soda machine was empty. Service not good.
