This is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to in my life. They take forever to have your order ready (I order it before I even leave my house), and they somehow never know what food you order with your coffee. I constantly have to remind them despite them having access to the order on the computer and on the printed out ticket. They have also forgot the flavoring in probably 3/5 of the coffees I've ordered. Disappointing to keep paying for bad service and bad coffee.
I order my Dunkin fix thru door dash since I'm always at work. Usually I never have an issue with my order but today has really taken the cake. my order was all there ok no problem but my iced macchiato tasted like it was burnt!! This is not the first time with this type of problem this is number 10. If I would walk in and watch it doesn't turn out this way or sometimes door dashing it doesn't taste burnt but here lately the coffee taste stale and burnt. If u get this thru door dash they will credit your account or put back what u paid for the coffee going in to complain is out of the question there's no one who understands what you are saying. Do a better job Dunkin!!!

Nothing drives me more crazy then seeing the owners speak another language while serving customers and working with staff that does not speak their language. It's just wrong. The cashier was awesome and attentive. The staff were very fast and considerate. The store itself wasn't kept well. Lots of trash and debris in parking lot and just stuff on the floor inside. Not very clean. The coffee was delicious and the donuts were ok. So that's why the 3 stars.
This Dunkin has gone so far down hill. I've tried twice to order online before I leave the house, only to find my order is still not ready when I get there. So I gave up on that and decided to go in and order only to find the door locked for the past two times I've been there. I give up. Guess I'll go to Finksburg
I've only been to the drive-thru, but they are always pleasant and accurate with my sometimes complicated orders.
The worst dunkin. The drive through is so slow and the line backs up for ages. Don't even bother ordering ahead on the app. You'll order and stand inside for forever until you let someone know you ordered ahead, at which point they'll begin your order. I'll usually drive past this location to the one closer to 91 even if it's out of my way.
They don’t tell you your price at the order microphone, nor the pick up window when you pay, they throw away your receipt as well. So, ask if you want to know. It was my fault for not asking at two chances but, I can still be frustrated at they care-less-ness. I’ll eventually get over my frustration, they’re donuts in the short run. Long run Dunkin Donuts continues to disappoint me. So sad since I can remember a shop from when I was a kid where I was able to actually watch the baker making the donuts.
Ordering and cashing out seemed kinda rushed. She wouldn't let us finish our sentence.Food and coffee great
Bad experience ppl who work there are rude and I was given the wrong order after going inside! How and who can someone mess up winter blend with ginger snap flavor. I know the ppl who work here did!!
