Made an online order. Arrived to pick it up and they said they didn’t have it. Then they proceeded to make it for me, but then told me I would have to pay again. I showed them the screen on my phone saying that my credit card was charged and showed them the transaction on my credit card app. The manager proceeded to tell me I could not have the food unless I paid again. I left, chatted online with customer support and they did refund me. I called and talked to a rep as well. No follow up from regional management as promised. My family will never go back. Terrible customer service and incompetence.
One of the worst Chipotles I’ve eaten at; small portions, can’t seem to get orders right, missing ingredients.Chipotle used to be the go-to for good for you, filling, budget meals. Now they charge more and give you less.
I'm a suckerbfor Chipotle. I know people either love then or can't eat there for whatever reason, but I love em. Good quality food and flavor. The team members there work very hard for customers. Definitely show them appreciation when you go in person. They work as fast as they can.
Ordered a chicken bowl through DoorDash - only got chicken no other ingredients. Brought the order to the store to see if they would fix it. The manager first told me I ordered it incorrectly and had an I don't care attitude. I asked her why would I pay 14 dollars for just chicken. She just shrugged. So I pulled up my DoorDash order and showed her how/what I ordered and that I ordered it correctly. She said I would have to go through DoorDash since something was wrong with their website for a refund but then never offered to even fix the order. I wasn't looking for a refund just to get all of the food that I paid for. She told me I didn't order the food from her store. What store did I order from? Well this one but we can't help you. I left the entire order on the counter as I didn't want just chicken and chips to eat for dinner.
If I could I’d leave zero stars, absolutely messed up my online order, I don’t understand how they mix up two things like corn salsa with sour cream and green salsa with shredded cheese, they give me a number to call for a refund and they just hang up instantly. Never ordering from them again online. Food looks like it was sitting and just threw it in for someone that had ordered another quesadilla. I will never ever order from them again unless it is in person. Absolutely disappointed in this chipotle, the pico looks as if it’s been sitting for a long while. Absolutely disgusted. Also refuse to remake and send out the order to me meanwhile I’m at work and can not leave. Just wanted to enjoy my meal for lunch but wasn’t able to do so.
Had to come here because the one in Hanover PA can’t seem to stay open later then 7:00. My son ordered a bowl with extra steak and all in all it was about $16. It was half full at BEST. It had rice, so at least they could have overused the rice to make it a full bowl. Nope. Utterly pathetic. What happened? One of my other kids turned me on to chipotle a couple years ago…it used to be a lot of food…now they can’t even bother to fill a bowl. Done with them
Servers were slow and only one of them was polite. They clearly care more about online orders than the customers in the restaurant. Girl at the register threw my stuff in the bag pretty inconsideratelyFood flavor was decent
For reasons unknown, this store no longer takes online orders. I have had this issue the last several times I have tried to order. If someone is picking up food on their way home, I can't order online for them to pick it up. They would either have to guess what I want or have me on the phone. So, this Chipotle location is worthless unless you are going to walk in with everyone in your party.
Place is ridiculous…. Go to do online order evidently it wasn’t working …. Has happened more than once …. Phone service sucks and I’m not going to stand in line to order for 4 people !!! I’ll never eat here again !! Oh and the people are rude !!!?
Best chipotle on the east coast. Their employees always nice and really respectful (The girl with the blue hair always goes out of her way to make the customers experience better). Portion sizes are great. Prices are a bit high but that’s corporate chipotle setting those. Will always be one of my favorite chipotles
