Of all the chick fil a’s I’ve been to this one has the worst customer service. The employees genuinely seem unhappy to be working there which makes sense working under their manager and GM. It’s a 50-50 gamble as to whether your order will be correct as well but that issue can be corrected.. their bad customer service can’t. It is definitely not their pleasure.

Customer service is best among drive thru options. And good fast food
Came in for 30 nuggets. Was in and out within 3 mins. Insanely good service every time.
Last two times we have gone to this store, they have forgotten our cookie. I understand mistakes happen, however, it is the cookie every single time. Some times it is forgotten because the people writing up you order are only listening for keywords and miss that I said cookie and a yogurt not a cookie yogurt and others they get the order right but don't put it in the bag. When I went in this time for the cookie all the managers disappeared, I don't care that they walked away but the employees could have asked what I needed instead of telling everyone I needed a manager. Before you ask, no it was not a high volume time, lunch rush had passed 2 hours ago and we were still a few hours from dinner rush. Also what am I going to do with 3 sauces for 16 nuggets and 2 large fries?
The cashier who’s there every morning name chardonnay, over in the drive thru always has a nasty attitude over the speaker. I always ignore it but today she got smart with me, over asking for fresh fries. If you hate your job that bad, don’t work there. Not good customer service.
Still amazed at how efficient this place is! They move a line of 20 cars through faster than other places can move a line of 4. And I have never gotten an incorrect order.
This is the first chick fil a I’ve been to where the customer service was lacking. Nobody said hello from the person taking my order to the person giving me my food. The girl practically shoved my food in my hand. Maybe they’ve never seen a black woman in this area. Smh

It is so organized they start taking your order at the front and then you pay then it's ready I only got the regular chicken sandwich and Mac &Cheese perfect size and delicious my favorite mac&cheese anywhere. Fast and great service I went to the on in Westminster.
