The westminster, MD location is the one I go to and I am ALWAYS very impressed. I just had the Bacon Stacker King. It was hot, the roll was soft and fresh and the bacon crispy!!!! I rarely leave reviews but I just enjoyed my meal so much I wanted to give a shout out to all the staff at the westminister Burger King. You guys are awesome. Thank you

Generally don't do bad food reviews but this is the absolute worst burger King I've ever ate at. Been in 3 times since moving here, all 3 times the food was wrong. The first 2 times were in person transactions and I thought maybe they just misheard what I said but the 3rd time was an online order and still managed to get everything in the order, including the drink, wrong.

The work ethic was horrible. And I waited for over 15 minutes for them just to say they were short staffed.

This burger king is the worst! The staff is either rude or doesn't acknowledge you at all. More times than not they have screwed up my order or forgot to give me something I have ordered. The food is usually a mess and Luke warm at best. Wait times in the drive thru are always extremely long. I do not recommend this BK, it's horrible.

Not a clean table in the whole place. Pickles on the floor with lots of Slippy spots! Even the staff looked unkept!!! The SelfServe soda machine looked like it was never wiped down, the counter was tacky as well! Staff was friendly, but they were talking and playing around. They had only 4 people eating, and it was only 3:30 pm, no reason why the staff couldn't be cleaning! Never again will I eat there!!!! Made me feel dirty just being there!

The place is starting to look like a condemned building. I waited over half an hour in the drive-through, I get up to the ordering station (which looks like it's out of order) No one addressed me and I started asking can anybody hear me. After a few moments of that with no reply I think maybe It's broken and this is why the line is so long. I Pull forward and wait in line at the window for them to tell me they can't take an order from the window. Now we are late and hungry.

We stopped by the drive thru to get a meal for my son. The employee taking the order seemed condescending but I overlooked it. When we got home, my son ate his food and drank his root beer. He then took the lid off the drink to eat the ice chips and found black debris in the bottom of the cup. I don't know what it is, but I am holding onto it until I am sure he is alright.

My daughter and I met with friends for breakfast at this BK and Ms. Mo was a ray of sunshine. She was so friendly, thoughtful and courteous. She is a prime example of excellent customer service. A true asset to this BK. Thank you Ms. Mo!!! - Ms. Laura and Ms. Sue

Ordered a Double Whopper at the drive thru with cheese and the burger was not as I ordered. Came back thru and the burger was not right a second time. Went inside and got the burger right but by this time my onion rings were in cold and nothing was done about my cold food. Very unhappy with this location

This Burger King is not the best reflection on the organization as a whole. I think the pandemic has made business hard for them, so I feel some sympathy. However, my experience here the last few months has been very poor. I get a strong impression that some of the workers (who were willing to work, so that's a plus anyway) really didn't want to be there and didn't care about doing their job well. Close to half of the times I've gone they've been out of basic ingredients, like tomatoes, lettuce, hamburgers, etc. Perhaps that's just because I often go later in the evening. All the same, I hope things get better here, but I will say for now I'd rather go most anywhere else.
