My family and I came in for dinner this past Tuesday and the food and service was great! The staff quickly accommodated our party of 11 including four small children. Our server Sam was friendly and attentive. The food came out quickly and was enjoyed by everyone. Sam was fantastic with the children making them laugh throughout, which made the entire experience enjoyable. The food and the entire staff was way above our expectations and we will be returning very soon!
I stopped at this location for the first time and placed and order to go. The wings were disgusting! They were rubbery and tough to chew. Also barely any sauce / dry rub on both orders of wings. For a place that's supposed to specialize in wings, they failed miserably! Not to mention they charge a carry out fee, which I didn't know and I was kind enough to give a tip. Do yourself a favor and get wings else where. Nothing but a waste of money!
I’d like to give tonight’s experience a two and half stars. We were at the restaurant for over 2 hours! Our waiter was Deandre. We loved his hyper personality, very funny dude but unfortunately seemed way too laid back….. he only checked on us a few times, chatted way too much to us, especially when we were trying to leave, and other customers. We tried to understand bc Saturday nights can get busy especially with the March Madness but we really didn’t feel like we were “waited” on. I think the manager needs to work on his staff a bit. But food was good as always! Just didn’t like waiting around for over 2 hours. One hour for our food and then 30 to try and leave after finishing the meal in 30 mins.
a new kitchen crew. ordered appetizers never came out then one order came out then later another order comes out. party of 2. would have been nice to eat dinner together.
Go every week for the boneless two go one special. Great way to try different sauces. You the queso appetizer, tastes good. Attentive staff. Also order take out at same time.
I used to go to Bww all the time but haven't been in awhile. Went today to pick up carry out order. Got the Ultimate nachos and they were missing half the toppings. No chili, salsa or lettuce. Had to add my own sour cream when I got home. Terrible

My past two times being at this location has been HORRIBLE. This place used to be our go to. All of food was cold, food came out an hour later COLD, and the wings weren’t even in sauce, told us it would take to long for it to be spun and they’d give us a side of sauce. Never again will i come here, not with this service. Not happy.

Very disappointed. They did not apply my buy one get one half off wings at check out. Also I paid partially with an egiftcard, of which they took my phone to redeem. Using my phone would have been fine but my waitress took it and left it unattended to just go to several other tables before finishing my payment. Oh one more thing…. The food was cold :(((
