Had a bad experience today at Bob Evans. Ordered breakfast and found what was later deemed to be a metal strand from a brillo pad cooked into the bacon. Since my whole meal was grilled I lost my appetite. The server did offer more bacon however I wasn't really interested after almost eating part of a brillo pad. She didn't offer to take it off of the bill however, at the end she noticed I didn't eat my meal so she offered me a box to go..... I am not one to ask for a manager and cause a scene so we paid left a tip and left. Very unfortunate with the bad service. She also didn't refill our drinks or my coffee even though it was empty and I asked for a refill and she came over with my one wife's refill and a coffee pot after we were almost done eating but left without refilling it. Maybe she was new or something but with this bad experience we probably won't be back for quite some time.
Not my first time eating here, but it's my first time where I left disappointed. Got the cinibites, tasted good, but the frosting was advertised as hot and came out fridge cold. The waitress didn't really attend to us much, I had to wait 15 minutes for a refill for my drink (diet Pepsi). Pancakes tasted like raw cake batter. Waitress looked over at my table at the end, saw I was done eating and was looking for her to ask her for the check, and she just walked away, waiting 10 minutes attending to every other table than ours (some twice) before she attended to us.In the past, service was good, but now, I'm not so sure.
For the price of a terrible meal at McDonald's you can sit down and enjoy fresh-made food and never had anything but wonderful service. The management is on point. The Kooks are good. Servers have been wonderful. I actually enjoy coming here a lot more then the popular well-known local restaurant.
Always a good time at Bob Evans wish we had a little bit better of a waitress but we were trying to be quick anyways, I grabbed my usually brioche French toast and my wife had the pancakes, coffee was pretty good too this time!!
This was my first time eating at Bob Evans and it was fantastic!! I went with my boyfriend and his family for my birthday breakfast!! It was delicious!! And the service was so wonderful!! I believe the waitress name was Mara, she was so sweet!! I had a great experience!! Can't wait to go back again!!
We had eggs, toast, pancakes and hash browns. Couldn't have been better. It was packed but they got us in and seated quickly, service was very good and our server was awesome.It has been three yrs since I have been to Bob Evans, but now I know what I was missing.

This location, and there seems to be a lot fewer open these days, is very clean. Wait staff very friendly. Our waitress, and she was having a hard time walking around, was very good and very attentive. Food very good. Eggs cooked perfect. The way you ask. I recommend this location. Dose seem to get crowded at times so may be a short wait sometimes.Good place to relax and have a nice meal.
I enjoyed the food and service. We had an awesome waitress. The only thing that I can complain about was the cook was really loud and was very disagreeable if you didn't like the food for some reason and one of the dining guest could hear her disdain with her Choice of food and how she cooked it and that was unpleasant as well since she confronted her about it.
