Placed an order online and drove to pick it up inside the store. The store has a disgusting smell and when I inquired, I was told it was the sewage line. I asked for a refund due to the smell alone and was told that it wasn’t possible since the order was placed online! That makes no sense whatsoever!
Eat here probably once every few weeks. A majority of the time the staff has been super friendly. Even when rude customers come in and distract them I’ve always had a good experience. I think maybe one time they had missed an item but they fixed it after I mentioned it. There’s one female in there who’s super nice, forgot her name, but she is quick to make the food and put it in the bags and speedily hands it out almost every time I go. It’s a good Wingstop!
Chicken was in box upside down. Leaked sauce everywhere maybe invest in plastic or better containers cuzThat was irritating.
I originally put 1 star a few years ago but I'm changing it to 3 stars because I do like the wings.Wings are goodThey are just understaffed slow.If you proactively add 15 mins to whatever time they say the wings will be ready , you should be fine.
Store is very clean. Food is fresh.
My order is almost never correct but for some reason I keep coming back. I really want to like this place
Tried them out this week slower towards the beginning of the week and packed on friday and saturday, definately order ahead….. food is great staff is on point restaurant was clean from what i can tell, no weird smells like the previous reviews stated, im down for the long haul.
Store is clean, well staffed and the food is excellent, dining room is back open so night out with the boys here we come!!!!!!
Food was just terrible. Bone in thighs were dry over cooked and flavorless
As all the previous reviews states, the food is flavorless as hell. The restaurant smells deplorable and it’s very dirty. I ate a wing in half and threw the rest out. Corporate needs to step ASAP.
