They have gotten a little better since the remodel but you still get cold burgers sometimes. Also I wish they would do better with their food preparation area. Walked in one day and there was overflowing trash cans and food all over the floor where they make your food. Saw a worker actually spraying floor cleaning chemicals at the sandwich making station instead of using a mop bucket. If you ever visit, just take the time to go in and order so you can watch your food being prepared. It's nothing worse than getting sick because you didn't take the time to think about who is preparing your food and their hygienic practices. The fast food industry is now full of young workers who either don't care or have no clue what they're doing so ultimately it's up to you to make sure that your food is "SAFE" to eat.
I can see why the reviews are not so favorable. I asked for ranch for my salad and they even confirmed when I got to the window. Then gave me the wrong dressing. All I ordered was a salad… when I got home I had to go buy dressing. Just lazy, it was a small order there is no excuse for the mistake besides bad customer service. I was literally the only customer.
HORRIBLE!!!!! Arrived here and the soda machine was apparently down and all they had available was lemonade; Unknowingly charging me an up charge for the lemonade because that is all they had to offer for their meals. I ordered 5 meals, so they charged me for 5 lemonade upgrades. HOW IS THAT THE CUSTOMERS PROBLEM? Long story short this rude manager shrug his shoulders, rolled his eyes and told me “it’s not my problem the machine is broke”. You need to pay” How is this good customer service? I was afraid to order after he came to the Windows so aggressive.
Very UNHAPPY! Pulled up website on Google and said open til 12am. I had been at Washington Hospital Center all day with a family member that was flown out the day before, and had nothing to eat for almost 24 hrs and wanted to get something closer to home to eat so it would still be hot. Pulled up lights were all on outside and inside BIG SIGN IN FRONT WINDOW SATING OPEN TIL 12 AM. Pulled up to drive in and waited for intercom and nothing pulled around to the pick up window and saw 2 workers and they ignored me. False advertising!! And I pray that they never have this happen to them. It was 11:30 pm when this happened on 5/12/22. Would not recommend this business.
Burger was average at best, was a little dry and the bun was hard on top, like it sat out all day... 5pm and they had no baked potatoes. Potato is what I really wanted... the burger was an after thought.I've had better from this location.
Not as good as it use to be, I think they changed their chicken it's more like everyone else now. But it use to be very very good. It's still better most fast food chains though in my opinion.
What type of mf’r leave a whole line of people in the drive through for 30 minutes to get cold food… I been craving Wendy’s all day and no matter where I go I can’t never get some even halfway decent serving times, it’s ridiculous.
worst Wendy’s ever! SO SLOW, expect to wait in drive thru for 30 mins with only 2-3 cars in line. I do Uber Eats/Doordash, this older lady gave me a whole wrong order and when I told her, she proceeded to give attitude when I had the customers order on my phone and insisted it was correct (which it wasn’t). She would ask a question and I had to yell since she was standing so far away from the window and kept saying she couldn’t hear me? Well of course you can’t!!! Customer service is horrible, never had a good experience here. It needs a whole new crew.
It's always hard to know what I'm going to find when I go into Wendy's. Sometimes they're on top of everything it's great and other times it feels like nobody came into work that day. But I had a good experience that day. Thank you Wendy's.
The food was great, also the service. My grandkids and daughter enjoyed every bit of their meal. I had the fries and they were as described, good and crispy. KUDOS TO ALL.
