They do a great job at the grill cooking your fresh choices! Love the thinly sliced chicken and beef! There is also a huge variety of selections all around the buffet.... fried, baked and steamed options. However I think gloves should be mandatory not just optional, still lots of germs out there.

I'm sorry, if I could give this place no stars I would. My best friend and I was having a wonderful day hanging out enjoying the weather and at the end of our day we decided to go and get something to eat at United buffet. Sad to say the next morning we both were bathroom bound with food poisoning. I knew the food looked a little off but I thought it was because the heat from the light above maybe dried it out. Boy was I silly, that food was old it was probably just sitting out! And I feel really bad because I was the one that suggested it to my best friend and she got sick. ? I wish these restaurants took food safety seriously!! Because it is serious!!! NEVER GOING BACK!!! ???

Muy buena variedad de comida, muy ordenado, limpio, la comida bien organizada

We went on a Friday. The options seemed pretty slim and the fried fish was cold. There was sadly no sushi options available either. Also if you plan to use a credit card, there is an additional charge. We were not notified of this but just so happened to look at our receipt.

Ever since they began limiting their menu, it hasn't been worth the cost of admittance. The best part about United used to be the included Sushi buffet.. That is sadly no longer a thing it appears, as the last 4 times I've been to United, I have not seen the sushi buffet.Their salad bar isn't a full-on salad bar either, so things like broccoli, baby corn, meat, etc are not included, it's rather basic which is surprising for the sheer size of the entire buffet.Lastly, what really lead to my three star review was the soups. I am a huge fan of Egg Drop soup, and it almost always tastes the same, right? Well, when visiting United this go around, boy howdy did it taste like an extra 5 gallons of water was added to the broth. .. It did not have good consistency, or flavor and really tasted like a water soup... I mentioned this to the waiter as I apologized for wasting the soup and their response was just "Okay."So I guess my response to all this is: this place is "Okay" not the greatest, not the worst either.

Good variety of food, but mostly fried American dishes. I miss the sushi and Chinese they used to have before. Pretty good value on the week days but not sure I'd pay the weekend prices.

my favorite plate is baked scallop ,I went there everytime when I go out for shopping with my families. server is slow but you can't complain it due to labor are incresed too much and hard to find a worker. They keep 10 $ and good quality , Would defintely recommend them

As always, you have to know what to choose instead of just grabbing whatever you see. Some things aren't great, but most are. My personal favorite is the ham.Nice lady at the counter, and a nice guy will come around and refill your drinks everytime you're out getting more food.If you go during lunch time, it's very cheap. I loved it ?.Thank you all for a great time, I'll have to go here again ?

NOT RECOMMENDED. I went back to this because I wanted to give them another shot. I took two people with me. It was more of the same. The managers have very nasty attitudes that extendeds to the service. The people I took agreed. One waitress gave great service. The food was just average, but the restaurant was clean. The lowest point was the service. The waiter only came once, we had to refill our own drink, and ask him to take our plates. There is a definite need to improve service.

The server was great. But the food was dry, some didn't even have taste wouldn't recommend or go back.
