Awful experience, could not find the store number to report on the survey after having to call the other taco bell down the street. Waited inside for an hour for my food I never received with emergency personnel who were also waiting for their food. They had five people working who kept coming up front to look at the seven people in the lobby said drive thru was busy but they all received their food and was gone while we all waited in the lobby listening to them laugh and talk and walk back and forth the manager was sweeping the floor like we didn't even exist it was the worst experience I had ever had at that taco bell which I frequently go to.

I go to this taco bell the most in Waldorf due to it’s convenient location and I never have had a problem with the food or service….but tonight really devastated me. I was given my food and chose to not open the bag until I got home. When I opened the bag, a roach flew out of the bag. I didnt have a choice but to throw all the food away. Please check you facility Taco Bell. This is so disappointing.

Today I placed an order for tacos and couldn't even make it 5 minutes down the road before the bottom of the bag started leaking juices all over my pants and the bottom completely fell apart. I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant for them to remake it. This happens literally every time I order from here now and it's the second time I've actually had to return to have it corrected. The last time the bag fell apart and all of the food spilled all over the inside of my car. Usually they're extremely soggy from way too much juice and I just deal with it, but the past couple times they have been completely inedible. As much as I love the food I'm not going to be able to return to this, if any, Taco Bell location until something changes. Again, this is not a new issue, this happens every single time.

Food is good and service is good, really needs a remodel on the inside to keep up with other Taco Bells. Stuck in the 50's or 60's.

Terrible. Obviously management doesn’t care either. I’m including my receipt and a picture of a burrito IF you want to call it that. We went in twice to trying to find a beverage that WASN’T flat. Yes, all the sodas are flat! Atleast the 4 different ones we tried from the machine! I even paid more for cheese and sauce bc AS A CUSTOMER for over 30 years, Taco Bell just gets worse and cuts corners for money and ITS OBVIOUS. I will include a picture and I PAID $20 for something a child could do better. I really don’t understand what is so hard. Also I should not have to pay extra to encourage people to do their job. Look at how skinny this burrito I paid extra for is! No pride. No love.

It's good by Taco bell standards however staff here is little too lax about getting orders correct the first time. This is from multiple visits

This is by far the worse taco bell In souther Maryland. Employees are always rude, food is never correct and always backed up. They always have issues, fryer down, machine broken. I ordered chulupas add sour creme and 2 supreme tacos all food came with no sour creme at all !! I go in and the manager who goes by the name Kim litrerly argues with me and then says you only gettin 1 sour creme when I paid for 4 items with it. She was nasty rude and could care less about any customer, she should not be working in fast food at all ! This place is a dump compared to other taco bells. Avoid this one at all cost, I can see why so many hate this location.

Glad breakfast is back. Has to be the worst drive thru design ever tho. Watch you rims.I've never had a place mess up your order so consistently it's almost unreal. No hyperbole, they mess my order up every time.I order chalupas no sour cream add nacho cheese and pay for it. I get sour cream and no nacho cheese.Not mentioning the missed items. I would get it happens sometimes. but taco bell itself was always the worst at this. I chalked it up to they have a lot more ingredients and more special requests. So I could let slide occasional. Buts it's not occasional. It's so bad I just don't even get it...

We went through the Drive Thru for Our Ordering and we placed our Order and then pulled up, pay for it, they gave use our Food but If ya has ""NEVER"" Been there before, then ya should know this now and That Is that U never leave Parking Lot before Checking Your Order first.... Make sure u pull into a Parking Space, soo u don't hold up da Line too [which is common chit too] and Always double check your bag/Order u too please because 9 times out of 10, your missing something to your Order!!!!!That's what happened to Us today too!!!! We was missing our Chicken quesadilla and once we went inside to say what we was Missing, they got on it and fixed it right away and gave us an extra one too for beinging soo patience for waiting n all but Overall there there Drive Thru Service was pretty good but the inside Crews was even better than the Others!!!! THE CASHER DRE WAS AWESOME AND THE CHICK WHO MADE N HANDED US OUR Chicken Quesadilla was AWESOME TOO!!!!???????????

While the interaction with the staff was pleasant. I wish I would have looked at my tacos before I left. This is really unacceptable. There is barely any meat in the tacos. Please improve!
