Why is toasting the bread an option if you dont do it. Also, i clicked on cheese. got no cheese. cold sandwitch and no cheese...no wonder my order was fast getting to me.....

Update: Owner is very polite and accommodating. After receiving the Subway survey he reached out to me and offered to remedy the situation. He also went out of his way to deliver it to my work place. More business owners should care about their business like he does.Past-I don’t ever write reviews, but don’t ever order online from them! If I could give them zero stars for their customer service I would. I was charged for an entire meal, then they forgot to give them to me. Ok, mistakes happened, so I called that day and told them. I was told that I could pick them up at any day or time. So I came in the next day after work to pick them up. BUT now I’m told that they won’t give them to me because I could have picked them up yesterday! When I was told that I could even be credited those chips or just pick them up any day. The late night crew were so not helpful and rude. If I could have picked them up I would have but I got off of work late. So do your self a favor and don’t order from here.
The bread was fresh, it was very clean, cookies were fresh. Honestly this subway is the best one in Waldorf. I spoke with the manager so I could compliment her and she was very professional and friendly.

Very Rude. Not customer friendly and was not spoken to or looked at very offended. But when there was hispanic customer they were outgoing and talking..I feel really offended

If you go there please see Sarah ! She’s the best hands down making sandwiches or any item on the menu. She will make a salad taste like you’re eating a fancy salad from downtown or VA yet it’s subway. On three occasions she made my sandwich platters and was very well proportioned with meat and toppings.
Best food, very welcoming staff members, constantly great ambience. They charge fair prices and the food quality is very good. I recommend this place.
