Haven’t been here in over 20 years and I gone here because I had a 25 dollar gift card. It was ok, I don’t feel like I’ve missed anything. I like wawas better
I love the cleanliness of this location and the staff is very memorable. Wish this location was always on my route to work, I would probably spend more money than I care to just for the atmosphere!
This is my go to Starbucks store! Everyone here is always so friendly, my drinks always turn out very good. Can’t complain at all, I’m a satisfied customer!
This is my least favorite location. My drink is never right, the staff has the personality of a wet mop. I mistakenly placed a mobile order this morning and was thoroughly disappointed per the usual. I'll stick to the Brandywine location
Waited almost 10 minutes to place an order. Employees continued to work and never acknowledged me until I asked if I could place an order. Even after I inquired the employees continued to make coffee. Finally, another employee slothfully appeared and unapologetically proceeded to take my order. I left.
They need to update their hrs of operation because if your a nightowl like myself and family we go out late for starbucks. We are from woodbridge sonita open 24/7
This location is always packed and honestly needs a better workflow system to help process orders in a reasonable time. There is no reason a pre order should take 20 minutes to get completed. Either hire more baristas or come up with a better process for orders.
Slow orders, placed my drink on counter wo calling my name, had to shout 3 times if it was my drink. Mgr does not know the refill policy well enough
This place sucks ! For one they didn’t make my drink right , I asked for cold foam on the top of my cold brew ! He’s gonna say it doesn’t say that when he clearly says on the label VANILLA SWEET CREAM COLD FOAM! I ordered it 40 mins before it was ready & then it was wrong and I was told they’re too busy to remake it ! This is ridiculous starbucks isn’t cheap coffee and can’t even get it made right .
Very friendly people, very focused on completing tasks instead of being chatty. Staff worked well together and can conversate while putting in the work. Great job.
