The bag of crabs that I received had no legs on them. I called to let them know and was told they must have fell off in the pot and there is nothing they can do. I asked if I had noticed this before I left the store would I have been able to get my money back and was told no. Now that is absolutely ridiculous!!
Have been buying here since they opened. Very happy but the last 1/2 of large crabs I brought had quite a few burnt crabs at the bottom. Hoping to come in today and get another 1/2 bushel. Thanks
Crabs were amazing! The Manager was great! The short lady that greeted me was very rude. (She needs to stay in the back)
Really dissatisfied, was craving crabs and was visiting Maryland so you would think there is no way possible to get a bad order in the home of the blue claw. Large crabs were $80.00/dz and they were large, but light with no meat. If you are in the area do not waste your time.
I really appreciate your getting back to me. That shows character and accountability. I also appreciate your offer. But I'd rather not have the oysters since they are air fried. Nothing like a deep fryer!!!! However if I may substitute the oysters for something comparable that's not air fried.....I'd love to accept your offer. Thank you again!!
All these “5 star” reviews are fake!!! My wife brought home large crabs are they were VERY SMALL! What a waste of money! As I look at other peoples reviews they all mention the same thing! Idk how these people are in business scamming people out of their hard earned money. Save your time and money and go to captain Moe.
I see from the reviews how Southern Maryland Crabs continues to fall from their good status. It's been a while since I visited, but thought my review could help. We stop going there for the same reasons stated in the low star reviews. When they were mobile, they sold the best crabs. I mean the crabs were addictive! When they moved to a brick and mortar store, everything went down hill. Believe what people are telling you. The sizes promoted are not true to size and they are dry. I'm not sure what happened, but they need to go back to square one. If you looking for true size crabs all year long, check out Hard Shells.
Did not get a chance to even order I inquired about pricing and was cut off person who answers the phone needs to learn how to not cut a customer off !!!!!! Very rude unfortunately I won’t be patronizing this business
I will never go here again. I paid $80 for large crabs males. And got a small and medium size crabs. I asked for a little bit of seasoning. And they doused a whole packet of seasoning on my crabs. I feel like I was taking advantage of and ripped off and robbed.
They’re writing their own 5 star reviews. Don’t believe it. Ask yourself why they have a large no refund sign on their door. Bc everyone wants their money back after purchasing.
