I typically go here as a treat to myself and head for the tables at the bar. The service has always been great and the staff kind. Absolutely love the dragon roll here and they let you customize your sushi if you prefer it a certain way. The food has always come out perfect.

Does not accommodate for food allergies well.I know what we requested is not something out of the ordinary as other hibachi restaurants (that are well organized) would know to cook the food with allergies off on a small section of the table while the other food is being prepped.Also we told them it was only an issue of diary, yet they literally made all the food plain as it comes. The food wasn’t seasoned at all. They would of at least used seasoning for the veggies or proteins. Was a let down and a waste of money.* Please keep in mind *In the past at other hibachi restaurants, we sat with other families that wanted to use butter in their food and that wasn’t an issue for the chef. The chef knew how accommodate our family member and to be able to give the same hibachi experience without the need of cooking in the back.

The BEST Hibachi grill I’ve ever eaten. I ordered the lobster and shrimp with fried rice.The atmosphere was chill and relaxed.Most importantly the customer service was great.

Took the family and in-law to try out this spot. Very family friendly as the little one got a high chair to the action. Definitely get your money's worth in terms of portion size. The main knock on this establishment is the overall look of the place. Needs to be renovated as it seems to be stuck 2 decades in the past.

Called in for a pickup order. The woman who took the order, later to find out it was the owner of the establishment, was very rude. Attitude from the time I placed the order to the time I hung up the phone. After getting the order, one of the dishes weren’t to the liking to the person who’s food it was. Called and tried to either get a refund or change the dish out. The owner once again was impatient and acting like we were doing a disservice to her for having her on hold for so long. Since we were obviously getting rushed, we decided to not continue the order and asked for a refund. She said she would only issue a refund if we were to bring the food back to the establishment. 1. She didn’t know how far I had to drive to get to the restaurant so how can you ask someone to come back for a mess up on the restaurants side? After I told her I wasn’t going to bring the food back she continued to argue me down and say she wasn’t going to issue a refund unless the food is bought back. Just like I told her I on the phone, I would never be visiting that establishment again which is fine but the overall attitude and customer service tone from the “owner” is what made even being a patron to this restaurant dissatisfying.

Host was very attentive, and the wait wasn't long at all, we walked right in on a Friday evening. The chef was amazing, did some fun tricks and involved the entire table. Food was delicious, and gave everybody exactly what they ordered.

This place has really gone downhill! I'm not sure if it is due to the pandemic or there are other reasons. My first complaint is that the service was subpar. Our chef did not even attempt to interact with the people at the hibachi table which is a big part of the experience for most customers. The chef did not even attempt to “put on a show”, (i.e., no tricks, no flipping of spatulas, spinning of knives, rolling of eggs, no silly puns, ect). There was a half-hearted attempt at the volcano trick. The chef did a decent job of cooking the food; however, the overall quality was subpar. I ordered the shrimp and chicken. The shrimp were small, not juicy, and not firm. The appetizer shrimp were large and juicy, and I would have preferred having those with my meal rather than what I felt was a bait and switch. Additionally, I made the mistake of asking for double vegetables and no rice. I was rudely told that there are no substitutions and there are no exceptions to this rule. They also automatically charge 18% gratuity for parties of four or more. Most of the time the chef, and the waitress deserve their tips, in this instance we had very poor service. I would not recommend this restaurant and would give it less than one star if I could. Save your money, and/or choose a competor.

It’s been a while since I’ve came here. I was a little bit skeptical about coming here after reading the reviews. Safe to say I should’ve listened. Ordered chicken teriyaki for lunch. Chicken was hard so I couldn’t enjoy my food. Onions smelled burnt. This place is not the same!!! Even walking in, trash everywhere. So sad this was my fav place to get hibachi.

This place is a ripped off. I ordered chicken & shrimp and it was nasty.The shrimp was all different sizes (really small) the rice was dry & they called the vegetables. MORE LIKE ONIONS to me.My billed was $80 because I had 2 drinks & another order of food.I won't be back here.
