The food was great, but the service was awful. I had to wait 30 something minutes to get a seat, and then I waited another 40 minutes for my food to arrive. I'd be a little more understanding if they were serving really fancy food, but all I ordered was a burger and some fries. The burger and fries were pretty good, but I wouldn't wait and hour and 10 minutes for them.

Had Mark as our server, was super nice! Endless sides are nice but food runs kind of slow. Waited awhile for sides and drink refills. I believe they have a new system, there are people that take your order then there are food runners that bring out the food and refills etc. Not a huge fan, seems to be alot of miscommunication on who needs what.

After getting haircuts my husband and I decided to go to Red Robin for the first time in about a decade. We had a wonderful time. It was busy because of the holiday weekend but we decided to sit at the bar because the receipts there and we didn't want to wait; and we wanted to have some drinks. It was a terrific experience. Our waitress was fantastic, the food was perfect and I can't remember why it took me so long to go back to a red robin.

Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

I’m not a huge fan of chain restaurants but I was in town visiting family and this was our choice. I’m happy to say that I was pleasantly surprised as to how good this experience was! We had the onion ring tower, fried pickles, cheese fondue, and a couple of drinks (a margarita and a vodka oj). The food and drinks all came out quickly, with the food being absolutely delicious! Our server, according to our check, was Allen. He was incredibly nice and provided great service! I definitely will be coming back here with my family the next time I visit.

They do not offer call ahead seating, even for a party of 10. Got to the restaurant and told it would be a 40 min wait and we would not be allowed to wait in the lobby because "it's policy". No real reason. Just "it's policy". I explained to the manager it is 35 degrees outside and gas is $4/gallon. So you want me to either sit out in the cold with kids or waste gas idling my car for 40 minutes? Asked if this is their policy why wouldn't they offer call ahead seating to cut down on people waiting. All I got was a shrug and I "I can suggest that"...from the manager. There is literally not a single restaurant in the three surrounding counties or this one that require you to wait outside. Good way to lose business.

great service and great food

Great experience, REALLY fast service and super friendly. Impressed since we’re all getting used to poor service during COVID. These guys are awesome and the food came out quick! Definitely be coming back! Thank you to the staff for caring and showing it ??

This location has been going down hill for awhile but tonight the service was beyond abysmal. I placed an online order that seemed to go through but I got an error message. I called the store to confirm that they had received the order and after being on hold for 10 minutes and being disconnected, a manager finally confirmed it went through but wouldn’t be ready for an hour. My husband went to the location to pick up an hour later and was told that there was no order and that they had no record of it. They told him to come in and order. He did not have.a mask (and we are in a huge surge in this community) and he was told “you will be fine without a mask.” I attempted to resolve it by phone and after another 15-20 minutes on (and off due to being disconnected yet again twice), the manager said “we see the order but your card was declined.” When I indicated that my bank account showed the transaction, he said “well, we can try to find the order and your husband can come in and pay for it.” I requested that the food be given to us with no further payment. He said “let me see what I can do” and put me on hold AGAIN. Meanwhile another person went to my husband’s car and argued with him AGAIN about the order not being in system. He told her we were done and would never visit this location again. At no point did they ever try to actually resolve the issue. I would like to say that it is the first time that we have had issues but pretty much anytime we have gone there in the last year there have been problems.
