Food was pretty good. I had to wait a little while upon requesting more seasoning, but once it arrived, my meal was fine.
My husband ordered Red Lobster for me today, the Lobster Lover's Dream meal,the lobster tails is spoiled ,rancid,call the Waldorf,Maryland location asked to speak to the Manager, the young lady was very rude,and loud stated she was the manager but did not want to give me her name. My husband took the phone asking for the Manager, she told him she is the Manager her name is Taniera,not sure how or if she truly is the manager but she is in the wrong position to manage a store,it shows with the spoiled lobster tails. The real store manager ,general manager, district manager needs to get the Waldorf, Maryland location together, we will never eat there again, your not worthy of our hard earned money.
Our dinner was very nice. We got the Date Night Special (for 2) with 2 lobster tails, 2 steaks, 2 skewers of grilled shrimp, 2 baked potatoes and bacon mac & cheese. We enjoyed it, although I didn't care for the bacon Mac & cheese but everything else was quite tasty! The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were fluffy and piping hot, melt in your mouth!!!!
Server couldn’t get us drink refills to save his life. He was more interested in talking shoes with the other servers. 25 minutes to get a drink refill. We visited the restaurant in between lunch and dinner so it was not busy either!
Visited this past Monday, the 18th. Server Katie was great! She was competent and fun. Unfortunately, she was rather loudly and publicly chastised by an assumed manager less than 10 feet from our table. It was quite uncomfortable. Food was good. We were craving those delicious biscuits.
Red Lobster's prices have gone up up up and RL Waldorf's standards have gone way way down! The host thinks it perfectly fine to seat customers in filth - table and booths clearly visibly covered in salt and pepper, bread plates on the table that you're supposed to use have not been washed since being used by the last customers, and food and trash clearly visible under the table - your server thinks it perfectly fine to barely ever visit your table (so you need to repeatedly reach out to other servers for assistance and go to the bar yourself to get food, condiments, napkins, and utensils), and the manager supports all this! In fact, when we asked the manager why our server never comes to the table she replied - with a very annoyed look on her face - that our server was very busy and our table was not in his section. Well, if that's the case why did the host sit us at this table in the first place?!!! This Red Lobster has problems, and filthy seating, bad service, and dirty plates are the least of it.
