I was pleasantly surprise that they were so quick. usually you have to go to Popeyes with patience since it's usually packed. it might have been a good time of day, just before the major lunch rush on a weekend. They had plenty of people working and they communicated the whole time we were there with each other on what was low so they didn't run out. They actually didn't have enough nuggets for my meal and asked if I wanted a substitute, that was much appreciated instead of waiting around for 1 nugget. The food was cooked thru and tasted as it should, I will definitely go back to this Popeyes.
Do not place online orders here!!! I placed an online order and when I arrived they had NO record of my order, nor could the give me money back even though I had a receipt. It appears they have alot of kids working here, and although they are nice and pleasant, they have no sense of urgency. The drive through was slow but there was an abundance of chicken ready. The only person hustling in there was the cook. I sat in the drive through to pick up my order before deciding to come in. Its slow on the inside too. Don't bother coming in for speedier service. I will just air fry chicken at home and save my coins.
This has to be the worst Popeyes in MD. Terrible customer service, all the employees were angry. The wait was unacceptable, the soda machine was nasty. And this particular store has been like this for a while. I don't know if they need new management or just closed it down. And to add the food made my kids sick. I would never step foot in there again
I will never return to this location. My order was placed tonight, 4/6/22 and was incorrect. After I informed the young African American girl with long braids of the order being incorrect. She looked at me and slammed the window closed. Very rude. As I look through other reviews, there have been many reviews on the poor customer service at this location. Sadly, management obviously doesn’t care to improve their customer service because there is no way the staff should behave in the manner they did tonight. If I can’t trust your toxic behavior, I definitely can’t trust you with my food.
There was a short wait for my food which I thought was reasonable. Tytiannia was very helpful, nice ,and polite. Unfortunately the prices for Popeyes, as well as most other places, are high.
Very very slow drive through. Dine-in is just as bad. Lunch and Dinner rush is terrible. If you're willing to wait 50 minutes to an 1 hour for your food in drive through. 35 to 45 minutes in dine in. They respond faster for Grubhub or uber pic ups. ..It's not bad;)
Messed the order up even after waiting for 30 mins after being told to get out the the drive though line because the person at drive through window would not leave the window. Employees joking behind counter about whose getting there break. Instead of dealing with the lines in drive through and line in store… All I can say it do a lot better
Depends on the day honestly. Seems to be family ran and owned. One day, people were on cellphones, the food was cold, and no one was working but the male owner who looked like dad.Another time, older persons were working, food was hot, and they were moving fast. I was leary with the cooks being outside smoking cigarettes, but they didn't fix our food.Recently visited and could not order because a young man was spraying the outside and literally DID NOT move for the cars waiting to order. I'm lost too??♀️??♀️
Avoid this store at all costs. Moved recently and totally regret going to this Popeyes location. Drive thru is at least a 30 min ordeal if you are lucky.Ordered from this location this evening and I dont know how hard it is riding the struggle bus but let's start. Order completely wrong, pretty sure this was the order for the vehicle in front of me. So who only knows who's order they got maybe mine?Paid with Card receipt is cash and totally not even correct. Even the items in the bag did not match the receipt. How is that even possible. Good luck visiting this location.
I went to Popeyes two weeks ago to buy an 16 piece family meal mild. I request 8 wings, 8 legs and two separate chicken breasts via the drive-thru. I was told I was not allowed to customize my order by getting 8 chicken wings and 8 chicken legs. After asking why not, I was told because the manager said so. Furthermore, I was told they cannot sell me six chicken wings. I paused a minute then order a 12 piece family meal which came with 3 wings, 3 legs, 3 thighs, and 3 breasts. Along with that order I requested a 5 piece wing meal with a lemonade. I was surprised when they allowed me tow buy 8 wings but not 6…I was really ticked off that I had to order chicken I did not eat (thighs and breast). To make a long story short, two weeks later and I’m glutton for punishment. I return to Popeyes ordering a 16 piece. They handed me a bag with what was supposed be my order. It was missing my three sides. After trying to show the young lady my receipt, she failed to take it dropping the receipt to the counter. She accused me of throwing the receipt at her. When I got home to make plates to feed my family, I noticed I was short 5 pieces of chicken and 3 biscuits. Instead of them giving me the16 piece order with 8 biscuits I paid for ($51.00), they only gave me 11 pieces of chicken and 5 biscuits. Had I known I needed to bring a plate with me to count the chicken and biscuits, I would have just cooked my own dinner and saved $51.00 and two trips to Popeyes in one evening.Note to self, either I will not be visiting Popeyes anymore or I will go the extra mile and go to the white/Hispanic owned Popeyes in LaPlata. The customer service is much better there.
