Located inside the food court of St. Charles Town Centre, great popeyes food. Excellent customer service. Took a little longer than usual, but the food taste so fresh, was definitely worth the wait. I would prefer to come to this location then the other locations with drive-thru.
I had a terrible experience at Popeyes on Crain Highway, Waldorf, Md. They are very rude, slow and refuse to take your order as requested. They leave the store phone off the hook so they don’t have to deal with customers.Horrible! Please check behind them if you decide to use their service.
I only buy the mild fried chicken, the New chicken sandwiches the fries and Cole slaw and the frozen lemonade only.
Had a terrible experience at this location at the food court location at St Charles mall. My wife ordered a classic chicken sandwich and requested a freshly made one. There were three pre made sandwiches that were already wrapped. My wife requested one that has not been wrapped, she had been in line for close to 10 minutes. The general manager,Wayne Brown refuse the request so my wife asked for a refund. We told him we have been going to this location since they opened 29 years ago and never had a problem. Mr Brown overtly implied that we had a problem with him because we were racist. He said that he had the right to deny a customer request and told us never come back to his store . He was very arrogant and disrespectful. We did not stoop down to his level and acted civilly. We have filed a complaint to corporate and hope to get a satisfactory response.
There’s always an issue every time I have visited this location. One visit I was asked to pull forward and wait for the order and never came. I went inside after close to 30min had passed. Staff was rude. Next visit my order was incomplete. Today, I placed a big order and after waiting a while (not knowing why the delay) I was informed their card machine was not working. After a few attempts I had to ask them to remove some of the order to pay with what I had in cash or cancel the order all together. I was not returned the money and they started removing items to bring order down. The staff was not customer service friendly nor apologetic for the inconvenience or delay. Terrible service. Never again. I will go to a different location from now on.
