Imania was really nice inside! She was very polite and kind. I would recommend this Pizza Hut to anybody looking for great customer service and awesome food. Let's Go Pizza Hut :)
Pizza Hut is one of my favorite pizza places. That being said the only reason this does not get a full five is because of the customer service. It's very hit or miss. Unfortunately when you have employees who do not want to be there, they can give off a rude vibe. Which is unfortunate because if it weren't for those few. This place would be thriving in my opinion.
Minus 5 stars.Pizza box and bread stick bag were soaked with some king of liquid. Pizza and wings are stone cold. This was after the pizza never arrived after 30 minutes past the expected time of delivery. Had to call the store and they said oh we just saw your door dash order. We didn't order through door dash we ordered through the pizza hut website.
I ordered a medium pan pizza with pork, onions and jalapenos. I drive all the way to Waldorf to pick it up, when I get back home open the box to see No Cheese and not a pan pizza!(I drove from Accokeek to pick it up! ) They tried to say order was mixed up with another that just happened to order the exact same toppings but with no cheese on hand tossed.I don't think so!
I only gave 4 stars, because I have experienced great, during quieter times and not so good during busier hours. However, the people have been fabulous. Now I make sure that I get in before the busy hour and all is well.
I order a large thin crust with Pepperoni, bacon, onions, and black olives. I only got pepperoni and onions and I ordered an 8 piece boneless blazing hot buffalo and I got 7 plain and 1 buffalo!! Yall have one SIMPLE job and you can't even do that.
Consistently delivers the wrong items and they're warm at best. When you call they say no refund to your card and you have to come get the correct item yourself. There's apparent cross contamination in the kitchen as well as there's cinnamon flavor on items without having even ordered any dessert items. Overall quality has really gone downhill, and they don't seem to care. It's really disappointing that this place has become a waste of money and time.
The restaurant was inundated with orders, in fact, the restaurant was so crowded I had to wait outside. The staff provided fast and accurate service and my wait was not long. They were well organized, friendly, and worked quickly to serve everyone. I was very impressed with the service and will continue to patronize this location eventhough it is not the closest to my home. Great Job!!!
I did not ask for contactless delivery because it was EXTREMELY cold. The delivery person left the pizza on my steps and NEVER knocked...so I had no clue my food was OUTSIDE literally freezing while I waited..smh
The pizza was hand delivered but it may have been hot in a warming bag. Otherwise, delicious with ample toppings!
