Nice customer service here. Great pizza as always.
After waiting over and hour and half for my pizza to be delivered it was cold, the box was unsealed, and the receipt was inside the box on top of the pizza unsanitary and absolutely disgusting! I gave the pizza back to the delivery guy who stated they put the receipt in the box on top of the pizza needless to say this was not true after calling the store and speaking to the manager apparently he has had other complaints of putting the receipt in the box which means he has open the pizza and now contaminated it with his hand in the box! Very unprofessional asking how many bedrooms my house had! The manager was apologetic however the only thing offered was a credit back to my card in 3-5 days.

Pizza can be hit or miss, but have had more consistent pizzas ? than bad ones. Bad ones being the pizzas with skippy toppings when you put in an order for double. Otherwise it's good.
Pizza arrived with zero heat. I'm goingvto take it right back too. I can't believe you had this in a heated bag. The the fire. I've been on hold for over 10mins and counting. Look this is bad all the way around.

Ordered online app. said 25-39 minutes for take out. Arrived a little early and the place was over run. People standing three deep across the waiting area.People up set, other people wanting their money back for long waits etc.The guy behind counter maintained his cool and was very professional. Everyone was working as fast as possible. Got home and the pizza was excellent.
I had a horrible experience. Twice, I ordered what I thought was pepperoni pizza and received cheese pizza. When I called and offered to show the order I placed, the manager (or so she claimed) Amanda was dismissive, refused to help,and even went as far as telling me not to patronize the store and slammed the phone down on me! How is this ok? Does a shift leader ( because a gm or dm would NEVA) have this type of authority? I have patronized this store many times over the last
Pizza was hard. The dough was so hard, the pizza could have stood up on its side by itself. Very disappointed. Also, could not use our employee discount. What's the use of even trying to patronize the company if you can't use your discount when out of town.
