Loved it. The food was very yummy, the waitress couldn't do enough for us, accommodated us above and beyond what we asked, was extremely friendly and quick. In fact, everyone who worked there were all friendly and efficient, helping one another out. It's a lot more than I can say about other restaurants we've been to. The prices were also good and for two dollars you get a trivia game on a little networked built in ipad device that they sit on the tables. Great experience, will go again for sure.
I ordered curbside pickup of a gluten free pasta with sausages. It was on time and very well prepared. A bonus is that it was enough for two meals.
The restaurant was a little busy but not crowded. Tables were at least 6 feet apart. Everyone had their mask on. The bathrooms nice, clean, just like always. We did notice a small increase in food prices. Nothing outrageous. Food was cooked to perfection. The BIG DIFFERENCE WAS OUR SERVER!! Her name is Sandra. And without hesitation I can say she's the BEST SERVER I've seen in 40+ years!! We never had to ask for one thing! No extra napkins, no bread sticks, no drink refills, NOT A THING! So pleasant, light conversation. We we're a party of 3 adults & 2 children. Yep we all agreed-Sandra's the BEST! I'm ready to go right back because of this young lady!

Stopped at Olive Garden in Waldorf, MD on way home from long drive to Florida. Was as positive experience as I've had at a restaurant. The server, waiter and other staff were all extremely polite. Holding the door open on our way in and out, greeting us, explaining questions we had on menu, providing our food and drinks in courteous manner, etc. Food was delivered quickly and was well served and tasted great. Highly recommended if in Waldorf area.
Not a fan of their food but that's just me. I do however enjoy their bar. There is one bartender, a Caucasian male, tall who makes one hell of a lemon drop. I could sit there all day sipping on those things. I do love there salad and also pick up a family salad and bread sticks to go with our dinner from another restaurant.
Stay far away from this location and the manager Olivia. She is literally the rudest person I’ve ever met. My to go order was missing an item and I didn’t realize I got home and called them immediately. She refused to refund me For the item and actually raised her voice and yelled at me on the phone. When I got all the way back to the location, Olivia refused to give me her general managers name and contact information. Her exact words to me were “I don’t memorize his schedule”. I will be contacting corporate about my experience with Olivia. I don’t even care that my order was wrong, the way she treated me was completely unacceptable and she should not be in a customer service job.
Go there regularly and always purchase 1/2 gallon of soup with entrees to go... this is the second time I rode 15miles each way only to come home and find soup had absolutely NO filling (ingredients) in it, nothing but liquid broth. . Called back to make them aware and both the waiter & manager treated me in a rude and nonchalant manner. Didn't offer to replace what I ordered or rectify...simply stated "how can I help you now". Which meant to me move on get over it. I frequent this particular establishment too much to made to feel like I didnt matter at all. Felt very disrespected. Normally I wouldn't take time to do this, but was very shocked by treatment received
I always enjoy going to the Olive garden. I was very pleased with the food and the service and the price. There's no need to wonder why they're so busy, good business brings business. Keep up the great work Olive garden!
Nice, home style atmosphere and good comfy, Italian food. The freshly baked bread and endless salad is a plus. Their Tiramusi is delicious, however the last few times I ordered this dessert it came semi-frozen ... brrrr!
