Horrible service the people waiting infront of me were being so nice and the employee was rude and showed like she didn't care. Then someone got the wrong order and the employee walked away and didn't return for a while and didn't even give them their receipt. Also very slow and I'm not sure if employees are soposed to be wearing gloves but some were not. I understand it's busy but you can still maintain a good attitude and pride in your job.
I went there on 4/2/2022 the service is terrible me and my friends ordered online and to dine in and the food wasn’t gonna be brought to us so we had to wait for a long time, then a older lady claimed that she called our number 2 times but we did not hear her and we were sitting close to the ordering area. Then they got our order wrong I ordered a medium sweet tea and they did not give me that. Then my friends ordered to get lots of barbecue sauce but only for 2. This McDonald’s is just not the one to go to, this McDonald’s needs to do more better.

I traveled across town to visit this location specifically between 3:45 and 4:00 a.m. because it was supposed to be 24 hours. When I arrived the person on the speaker told me they would reopen at 4:00 a.m. because their system was down but this is not the first time this happened. It's clear that their system was down intentionally, completely wasting my trip as I did not have time to wait until 4:00 a.m. 24 hours is 24 hours not 23 and a half. Complete disservice to your customers. Very unprofessional.
My son got to the middle of the burger and it was pure mush…raw!! He gagged fit about 4 minutes. The shift manager gave a full refund. This is disgustingly ridiculous!! Do better!!
This place really needs to do better. The customer service level is horrible. The time spent in the drive thru is unacceptable when ordering fastfood. If a customer is having an issue then they should have them pull into a parking spot NOT hold up the line, so the next car or 2 or 3 don't have hot food and have to wait in line for over 10 minutes. I spent over 20 minutes just to get 3 items and still had to go inside because they messed it up. They really need to have a team meeting regularly and find better solutions to these issues and to make sure no one gets complacent!!
If there was a zero star, I would have chosen that. Made a mobile order from their parking lot. Waited 20 minutes with no food. Went into store to inquiry. They claimed the order was never received despite confirmation email
Today is 01/21/22 around 9.50am, I have ordered one coffee & sausage burrito from kiosk & paid for receiving these @ # 21 table. I have been waiting for about 10 minutes to get my items on my selected table. I addressed this to a young male employee & he was telling me to receive my meal from the pickup section. So i addressed this to the manager on duty. She found that they should deliver my meal to #21 table. I ask the manager about the receipt but told me she couldn't printout the receipt. So I ask her name & she denied to provide me her name since she didn't have name tag. None of the employees have name tag. The customer service of the employees & the manager aren't acceptable. I don't know how the lady became a manager of this restaurant. They must have proper training on how to behave with the customers. Otherwise McDonalds will loose their customers for employees behavior.
I'm saddened to say my experience here was poor. When you walk into the front door, the floors are tacky and dirty. The surprise me since they weren't very busy. The tables needed to be cleaned. Normally I walked out when I see a place that dirty but I was hungry and on a time limit. The cashier was very slow and the food was the very fresh. I got the crispy chicken sandwich and it was a wimpy chicken sandwich. About the only thing halfway decent were the french fries but look out because they really poured on the salt. It only got worse as I had to use the restroom and it was a complete mess. No toilet paper, toilets and sink were dirty. Please somebody go in there and save that place. It's so close to the mall it's a shame that a McDonald's would be in that poor condition.
They messed up my order in the drive thru and then wanted me to either go around again or come inside with four kids! They took a long time to correct the situation and still messed up the order. If your in a hurry and like getting what you ordered than I suggest going somewhere else!!!
