THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN! I WAITED IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR LITERALLY 15 MINS ONLY TO GET TO THE SPEAKER AND THEY TELL ME THEY WERE OUT OF SWEET TEA! I WAS GOING TO ORDER A MEAL BUT I DECLINED AND LEFT. IT IS ALWAYS A LONNNNGGG WAIT AT THIS LOCATION TO ORDER AND GET YOUR FOOD. AND REMEMBER TO ALWAYS CHECK YOUR BAG FOR TEMPERATURE AND QUALITY BECAUSE THEY DO NOT CARE. I RATE THIS LOCATION -5 STARS.
Of all the McDonalds I’ve been to this is by first the worst customer experience I’ve had. Waited over 20 minuets for a mobile order for curbside pick up for the order to be wrong. And the Staff all had poor Customer relations and did not care about customer satisfaction. One girl even threatened me with physical harm when I was talking to the manager. Now considering every McDonalds can not get a mobile order correct and the experience from this McDonalds I am not inclined to to give anymore business to McDonalds.
Ghetto as ghetto gets, it be 3rd. World if not for being in a 1st. World Nation.Drive on by, filthy unkempt people not required to wear hairnets over their dread locks, corn rows, afros, etc. Most unclean, and unsafe, mostly after sunset, especially in warmer months.Generally one should avoid Waldorf like the plague...
The worst. Cannot get a simple order correct and make you wait forever for your drinks so the food they do give you is good and cold. Avoid.
McDonald's within bad my wife had a steak and egg I had a sausage and egg biscuit orange juice I'll give it a rating pretty good
Absolutely horrible experience. The girl at the second drive thru was rude. The fries we’re cold and soggy with no flavor. Burger was cold, dry and burnt I expected so much more for $24

Stopped here for breakfast (ONLY meal we will eat at McD's!) Got in line at the register - we are #3. We watched about 8 people come in, order by app or kiosk and get their food BEFORE we even moved up in line! The LONE cashier was too busy making-up app and kiosk orders to even take a register order!!! We had planned a sit-down "Big Breakfast", but service took so long, we had to get sandwiches to go to make our meeting. VERY POOR SERVICE!! We are slow learners but will NOT go back there again!!! This place is the worst of 4 in our town!!
Food quality was horrible. Quarter Pounder burger was cold and the bun was burnt. Fries were just past warm. Just not a good experience.
It is what it is, they move you through decently. Since I was rushing to get my kid to school, it was quick and no hang ups.
