I had placed an order from them about 2 weeks before my party, ordered ribs, Mac N cheese and collard greens to feed 40 people. My husband went to pick up the order Saturday June 18th. They gave him 1 pan of food and said here’s your order, he said that’s not my complete order. It took them forever to get our order straight.. I don’t know what was the problem but it almost got to the point where he was going to tell them just give me our money back on the ribs. Do you know what 8 ponds of ribs should look like especially when they are what they called cracked ? Well in the beginning we didn’t have 8 pounds. I am unhappy with customer service.. They have to do better.

This is definitely the best BBQ I have had on the East Coast! Everything was delicious! Chicken wings were awesome and juicy! The half smoked chicken was very favorable! The corn bread loaf was sweet; just the way I love my cornbread! And the smoke ribs were also awesome! You could taste the smoke flavor on everything greens, cabbage, ribs, and chicken!
I had a terrible experience with this place On Mother's Day ! I ordered lots of food over the phone .. They repeated My order back to Me twice so I'm thinking like They have everything I asked for.. I ask How much is the total? They tell Me They're too busy so They can't give Me an estimated price.. So I had to add The food prices up Myself which came up to about $150! I get there, I was inside of and empty store even tho They told Me it was busy.. I waited 30 minutes for someone to come up front and give Me My food even tho it was sitting in front of Me on A rack! I pay the $150 for My food I get home and realize They only gave Me half of My order ! I call back immediately To let Them know about the issue.. These people swear They didn't charge Me for The missing items! I said there No way this Food that I have now is Worth $150 ! After everything I had to go through just to get some food I was ripped off and They didn't care about Fixing the issue.. I asked to speak to a manager the Told Me I was speaking to the owner and She was very unprofessional with a terrible attitude.. I will never order from here again and The food that I did have was terrible! This place is a joke!
This food sucks!!! People who don't cook or really know food think its good but it's horrible!!! Too salty, brisket is like leather, other foods i.e. sweet potatoes, macn' cheese come on now bland and not seasoned well at all. Will never buy food again. Pull up google, and learn to cook people or go get grandmas recipes and start eating real homemade [email protected]@!
I ordered a simple rib platter with 2 sides. It was not busy but I was there almost an hour (51 minutes) waiting for my food. I sat there and watched 3 people get their food who ordered after me. I just asked for a refund and left hungry.
I ordered catering (last minute) for a party and the food was so good! The Ribs, chicken, sides, everything! Thank you to the catering Manager who helped expedite my order and to Lefty's BBQ for the awesome spread! Loved it

First time having fried ribs and I enjoyed them. Pork bbq was ok. Sweet potato casserole was good. I was so excited about cabbage and that was a total let down. Think someone spilt the garlic salt and didn't care. I got a Lg and will never be trying it again. If I lived closer I would've taken it back. Too much garlic. It was the only thing you could taste.
Stopped in to pay for a work catered lunch. I have enjoyed and used them for luncheons for nearly eight years. Outstanding cuisine! Mac-n-cheese, greens, and ribs are the absolute best. Thought the chicken was cooked too long.Four customers in front of me caused a 40 minute wait to pay $866. That's ridiculous! However, they were challenging and required too much service/attention to place a order. There should have been a second counter worker, but a sign was posted "we're under staffed".I did make a personal purchase of the fry batter I enjoy, a bottle of BBQ sauce, and received a sample of their new seasoning.All in all, I will continue to enjoy their delicious luncheons, but will never again stop in to pay.
