Yes!!!!Yes!!!!Yes!!!!!! This is by far on of their better locations!!! AND it’s clean!!!!! The food Tasyes like the authentic Ledo’s brand!!! Bout to ou them on payroll, I will be back often ?
Tonight experience was the WORST!!! I was told by Sydney (sp chk) who was adamant she was leaving on time about 7:10pm that my food wasn’t ready. After waiting 15 -20 more minutes my food had been sitting there the entire time—the other said “oh I didn’t know what you were waiting for.” Not to mention, I get home condensation all over my box of wings and then they forgot my SALAD!!!This place is usually on point not sure who is the supervisor on watch tonight, but highly recommend some training.
I was very pleased with our order of 2 pizzas and 18 wings. We had a chicken and vegetable pizza plus a meat lovers pizza. They were both hot, fresh snd very tasty!! Will definitely try again. The wings were cooked perfectly and totally on point!
Really good meatballs and cauliflower pizza. Wish the cauliflower pizza was a bit larger. If you choose car pickup they seem to be a bit slow in realizing you are there upon letting them know. Easier to just walk in and get your order.
We ordered 2 steak and cheese subs & fries. The fries were extremely salty when we explicitly stated on line no seasonings. The staff should pay more attention this is not the 1st time and if it happens again I won't be ordering from them again I should get what I pay for.
Calpine was soggy, they put too much sauce in and it overwhelmed the meat and bread. Usually much better. Cheesecake was perfect
I only played the slots and their attendants were much more respectful than those at Trader's.
Ledos is always good but they have been slippin on they pimpin a little bit. Order confusion, charging for this when I shoulda been charged for that. Be like your pizza folks! Slow down and don't cut corners. Get a system in place and be great.
They were very busy....the pizzas were hot and delicious.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT order from this location. I order from Ledos at least once or twice a week and every single time I order from this place my order is ALWAYS wrong. I've had to bring things back so many times for them to correct it. After getting another incorrect order and not wanting to drive back to the store I called and spoke to a manager, jaylyn. He was so rude and told me he could not issue a refund or store credit unless I brought my food back. I told him that was unacceptable and to have the general manager call me. He said he would have Kelly give me a call and that was over a week ago. I've given this place so many chances because they are so close to my house and it's convenient but I would rather drive the extra distance to the Ledos in Festival Way by chili's.
