This store is going downhill. Placed an order and waited over 25 minutes past time I was suppose to be ready. Pizza was done on time, but had to wait for salads?!?!? Makes no sense!Update: I provided additional information per your request.
Ledos prices have gone up and portions are smaller. I got the hot grilled chicken salad and it is in a smaller container and I had noticed recently when I get it, half of it is mostly wilted spine of the lettuce. Then it didn't look clean. I'm going to stop going there. The last three times just got worse and worse. I have to throw almost half of the salad away (wilted lettuce, spine, old lettuce). Not happy.
Great quality pizza overall and customer service varies with certain employees which is sad. Should really look into hiring more energetic people. Anyways, the main issue I have is when I ask for light cheese I was lied to. My pizza was full of cheese which was unacceptable.
I ate pizza from there and it was the worst pizza I ever had. The pizza wasn’t hot, had a little bit of sauce but it did have a lot of bacon. I also ordered the boneless wings man did I make a mistake they were cold and nasty The pizza wasn’t cut and it was very dry. I don’t like taking food back to the restaurant I just don’t go back
Ledo’s definitely has some of the best pizza on the planet! I’ve never had a bad experience with Ledo’s pizza, they always come through with the picture perfect pizza! ? ?
So I called and ask for my pizza to not be burnt as it had been in the past. Faith admitted that the oven was hot and it had been burning pizza. So instead I got an under cooked pizza. Truly may just have to stop ordering from her until they get it together. I mean I just want a cooked pizza from a company I love.
Got a cauliflower pizza! It was really good. And the service was nice. The wait wasn't that long and the people there were very nice when taking my order. ?
Waiting an hour for our pizza and when we got it it was burnt and taste terrible

I’m extremely upset with my pizza and the mistreatment I experienced tonight. I’ve been eating at this Ledos for over 5 years and never experienced the disrespect I experienced tonight. I called and placed a order for 2 personal pizzas and hung up. I realized I needed a med for one so I called straight back to ask for them to switch one. The lady kept me on hold for 5 mins then came back and said she couldn’t do it the pizza was already in the oven. I asked for the manager and Faith came on I believe that was her name and she recited the same thing. I asked could I get a med extra cheese and small pepperoni, extra cheese and chicken pizza and she told me I would have to buy another small because the pizzas were in the oven. After some back and forth I asked her could she cancel the previous order and I reorder and she said ok with much attitude. Like I was bothering her. Like excuse me… So I reordered and had my roommate pick up the pizzas. I had no extra cheese on either pizza which I was charged for and chicken crumbs because it wasn’t chicken on it. I’m so happy I didn’t pick the pizzas up because I would’ve had them remake them over for trying to be funny. I don’t know who does the hiring but for a manager to act like that you all will never get a dollar from me again. Plus I felt sick after one bite so I had to throw the food away and order something else because I didn’t trust it. Ledos’s you have to hire better.
